Overall a very positive experience.
My wife and I are spending more and more time in Rome and we have been looking for an English speaking medical facility. As one of us needed a doctor, we made an appointment with FirstMed. The process was extremely simple, the scheduling was very convenient, the staff and the Doctor were all very personable and welcoming. We were also very pleased to find that they would submit our claim to our insurance carrier. Overall a very positive experience.
