Document genius was good for creating general contstruction contract.
Document genius was good for creating a simple contract, but it is a download from the website and not an email confirmation. Therefore when I tried to cancel after the trial, it was difficult to find out how to cancel. Ultimately, I went to my downloads, and found the original download so i was able to cancel.

It was a great trial, however in searching for additional items that I would need I found that no further need is warranted at this time.

They refused my refund though I requested it immediately. This common practice is unethical and unpopular and reveals the company only values making a quick buck and not real customer service. I will never use them again.

This was a very simple yet perfect experience. I needed a onetime Bill of Sale for a client. Y'all provided that.
I will definitely come back and sign up for a subscription if I need something like this again.

Easy to convert my PDF to jpeg. I appreciated that. I only need this service very, very rarely. I HATE having to enter my payment info for free-trial periods. Ask for it when the free-trial period is over along with the option to cancel the subscription.
