It is very nice to have an option to get 3 courses for a cheaper price. it woulkd be perfect if I colud choose the courses I want to get, intead of random options. It that case I would get even more
I really like the way lessons are organized. Instructors make sure no questions are unanswered and the way they go from scratch to a whole new masterpiece is inspiring.
I previously purchased only two courses on Domestika and never requested or gave consent for any Plus subscription. Despite this, on August 2, 2026, at 05:13 AM, an amount of 5,038.25 TRY was charged to my card for a Plus membership fee. I made no transaction at this time, nor did I authorize any subscription. After noticing the charge, I logged into my account and saw that a Plus membership had been activated and automatically renewed without my knowledge. I immediately canceled the subscription and submitted a refund request through the system. Despite this, the amount has still not been refunded. Domestika’s actions—activating subscriptions and charging high amounts without user knowledge or consent—have completely destroyed my trust in the brand. Upon researching similar cases, I realized that many other users have been victimized in the exact same manner, proving that Domestika operates as an untrustworthy brand that fails to protect its users. Furthermore, I see that Domestika relies on a unilateral 'no refund policy' to cover itself. Attempting to justify an unauthorized transaction behind a blanket 'no refund' clause is entirely contrary to fair trade practices and Consumer Protection Laws. Despite reaching out to customer support, I have received no adequate assistance. I have already contacted my bank and initiated a formal chargeback dispute. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further legal action. I demand the immediate refund of the 5,038.25 TRY charged without my consent, the complete removal of any unauthorized auto-renewals on my account, and an immediate halt to these deceptive billing practices
Hi! Our goal is to make every step of the Domestika Plus free-trial clear and easy to manage. How the purchase works: - You can choose between the reduced price or the regular price. With the reduced price, the banner itself explains that a 30-day free trial will start, showing the exact price that will be charged if the trial isn’t cancelled. - Once you move to the checkout page, the subscription details appear again, clearly visible above the course being purchased, to ensure transparency. If you choose not to have the subscription, which is possible at that moment, you can remove it, and the course price will be updated to the regular rate. - Notifications are sent to the email associated with your Domestika account during your trial period and you can cancel before the trial period ends from Profile › Subscriptions. About the charge you received, it seems like the trial wasn’t cancelled before the estimated period, so the annual membership was billed automatically. Please note that you can find more information in our Help Center: https://domestika.co/CS-PlusRefund Regards, Domestika Team.
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! Domestika has continued to charge me annually with over $600 Canadian now charged in total to my credit card. I have emailed them repeatedly asking to cancel my membership and they have continued to charge me regardless. How no one is getting back to me. I now have to file a complaint in court to stop the charges and am planning on taking this to the media. It is completely unacceptable.
Hi! The Plus subscription renews automatically unless it’s canceled before the renewal date. The charge you’re seeing is related to the renewal of the annual subscription you had previously activated. As mentioned in our Terms of Use, subscription charges are non-refundable. You can turn off the automatic renewal at any time by following these steps: https://domestika.co/CS-CancelPlusRenewal Once you do that, you’ll continue enjoying all the Plus benefits until the end of your current subscription period. Regards, Domestika Team.
Just started the training. I'll offer further details in the short term ;-)
The majority of courses are amazing, the teachers are experts on their field and the talk are easy to follow. I highly recommend.
Great platform to learn a new skill! The courses are very thorough, there is great variety and prices!
The presenter is very well versed in explaining what he is trying so share with the viewer.
A shitty company - offered a trial and it said not to cancel before the end as I'd lose my membership, so on the day to cancel I went to do it, but it had already gone out a little while before. I emailed them instantly but I just got an automated message describing "policy". I asked to speak to a human again but no-one could be bothered, even though it had been merely hours since the autopay. I appreciate it's "the rules" but still, just a few hours?! Many of the courses are no better than YouTube videos, the annual price is extortionate for what you get, particularly also as so few are in my language. They still keep sending me trial offers, I've been a sucker twice now. I can't support this company, and I will never trust, follow or promote them again. Just go on YouTube is my advice, it's just not worth the money.

Course is vivid, fun and interactive
The training is good, but the app forgets where I left off and makes a mess.
I think it’s a BIG plus, that the courses are translated in English now! That makes it more accessible to a broader audience
Learn new tools for drawing human action poses.
It's super great
I intended to purchase only two discounted courses for €1.38. A Domestika Plus trial was included, and I was later charged €309 / USD 355.88 for an annual subscription. The original confirmation stated that a reminder would be sent before the trial ended, but I did not receive one. I only discovered the annual charge through PayPal. I cancelled the subscription and requested a full refund immediately on the same day, and I have not used the renewed subscription benefits. Instead of addressing my individual case, customer support repeatedly referred me to a standard non-refundable policy. I am very disappointed with the subscription process and customer service. Please read the trial and automatic-renewal conditions very carefully before purchasing.

Good and clear
Good advice from the presenter who has a lot of experience. The material is well organised.
I'm one of the many people scammed by this website. On the 1st of August 2026 I've been charged without my consent of 322euros for a service I didn't buy. What I bought was a course on sale for 0,69cent a month ago. I didn't not sign up for anything else and they automatically signed me in for the PLUS trial. Unlike other services on trial I didn't receive any email reminding me of this upcoming payment and so the other day I just found the charge on my bank account. Speak with someone human from the customer service for a refund it's almost impossible. The bot answered with a precompiled email saying if the automatic renewal was not canceled before the end of the trial period, it was automatically converted into a paid annual plan. It's so frustrating being robbed this way. I'm considering legal actions against them.
