Customer service was great. I was requesting an exchange and they were very helpful. Several email exchanges and they were always kind and willing to help. Unfortunately the item was on sale so come to find out I could not exchange it after all per their policy which is clearly stated, so it was my mistake. I will stick with the scents that I already know I like next time. Viorel was top notch.

Lifetime Brand Loyalty!
I have been using Dossier for over a year at this point. The fragrances are amazing. They last long and make a statement. I frequently get compliments and have people asking me what I am wearing. Above all I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. I have had some issues where my cart would not process accurately and I was charged for an item that was supposed to be free. I reached out to the customer service and received a refund within minutes. Quality products and 5 star customer service - what else can one ask for?
