Customized orders
Great prompt and informative. Ordered standard/common parts and got the order as described (3 days process and paid for 2-day shipping). However, be aware that if you get a custom order (such as 1/8th thickness or kevlar layer) expect more like 2-3 weeks to process/ship out instead of 3 days maximum to process. Was a bit misled by the graphic on the website suggesting all orders only 1-3 days process, so had to replan our build. Maybe call and get a processing estimate before placing a custom order if time is pressing as it was for us.
