Web portal easy to navigate , however I always get frustrated having to "rebuild" the same part I ordered the previous month...even having the former invoice in hand there is no specific part # to search... I have to find it the hard way...and even then im only 80% sure im getting the exact same part...

Hi Rob,
This is great feedback. We will look into this and hopefully, we can make this process easier for you. Thanks again for sharing your experience and for choosing DragonPlate.
Their unidirectional prepeg carbon plate is very stiff and strong.
Their shipping charges are outrageous relative to ALL competitors I have dealt with. Either they don't get business prices on shipping, or they have a very high markup on shipping. They also have the longest production and delivery times of any supplier I've dealt with.
For the first time, I ruined a piece of unidirectional plate by cutting it the wrong way. The outer layers AREN'T unidirectional, and the sticker was placed inconsistently from past orders. It would be nice to mark the direction on square pieces of unidirectional plate.
Great customer service very knowledgeable ,even the secretaries.
Shipping was very reasonable and packed very well. Will do business with them again and recommend to most of my friends!!

We're sorry the time between your order and shipping did not meet your expectations. With such a large selection of products, many of our items are manufactured to order. For the particular products you ordered, our website advises to allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. In this case, our records show your order shipped within five business days of your order.
