I've ordered carbon tubes, plates and sandwiches from Dragon Plate many times to repair and maintain a sailboat. The materials have outstanding strength/weight, quality is excellent and deliveries have always been prompt.

Really like the high-quality parts and appreciate the customer service. The only thing keeping DragonPlate from getting five stars is the high cost of shipping on some of the items. I had a $40 order of physically small parts (3” , 2”) with $25 in shipping and handling. Seems excessive.

Excellent products, the CF tubing is way higher quality than others, and the aluminum connectors (.75) are actually much lighter than I expected. Additionally, excellent customer service, I had made an error in my order, which I caught after they sent the invoice. They were great about correcting my order in a timely fashion before shipping.

I ordered and received a few carbon fiber tubes. The tubes arrived and were well packaged. The quality of the tubes were high and acceptable for my custom car application. Sometimes when you get what you were expecting without any drama that makes for a good experience. Product is first class. The prices are reasonable. the only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the inordinately high shipping cost.

Product is great and ordering was simple. Only reason for loss of one star is that I live in Canada and they use UPS for shipping. With UPS, as opposed USPS, they charge an extortionate and arbitrary “brokerage fee”, so when my 120$ order arrived I had to pay UPS 60$ for bringing my package across the border. That’s on top of the shipping cost I already paid and the Canadian taxes (that can’t be avoided).

I got exactly what I needed. I found the shipping pretty steep which keeps it at 4 stars. I knew what I was getting into so I won’t complain any further. I have enough CF for a few guitar necks now.
