I love Dresslily's products and prices. The online ordering process is quite simple. My only concern is with shipping, which is unpredictable. Once a package reaches the U.S. mail system, it is no longer trackable. If it doesn't arrive soon, I contact Dresslily but they only say to be patient. If I wait too long to contact them, they say that it's too late and I should have contacted them earlier. That is frustrating. Lynn Henrichsen

Both of dresses (golden color high slit long sequin evening dress and black long sleeve round neck backless dress) are very, very nice!! Believe me, I am like a queen in this dresses. Top stitching hooded quilted winter jacket is not for winter generally. It is very thin especially for someone like me, who live in Russia. But it should be nice for early Autumn or late Spring. Dress with notes print is nice, looks pretty, but the same story: the fabric is denser, but anyway it should be good for summer evenings and it's very cute :I'm really satisfied with my order. The majority of goods are lovely quality. The only downside being slow shipping and lack of communication at times regarding items that may be on backorder. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again.

I am very satisfied with my purchase order. The top I received fitted perfectly, and I can say that it seemed even better from the photo. The quality was nice and the price very reasonable. The only negative thing was that I received it after 2 months time, but I don't know if the delay is due to the customs. I will definitely buy from your site again!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT DRESSLILLY; Their range is awesome and enjoy shopping with you. Facebook ads are excellent at keeping me upto date with great products. Please keep that going. Another thing I really enjoy is that unlike many sites advertising online they advertise the actual price of the garmet. Many put in click bait prices that only apply to one color or size. Excellent work there too. I have no hesitation in sending my non tech friends to your site as it's very user friendly. 2) SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS. Many ladies are shorter. Can we please consider adding leg length for trousers and full length for dresses and skirts. I often have to make manual adjustments after arrival. However some of my friends aren't very sewing capable and have shyed away from purchasing beautiful frocks etc fearing they will be too long or short. Usually i find your sizing charts spot on however there have been a few garmets that aren't meeting the sizing charts. Might be a good idea to address that. BIG BEEF I recently contacted customer service about a Facebook ad that advertised extra discount on a featured product by quoting a code. I tried to do this. Code would not apply to advertised product. There was a huge stream of people in the facebook feed with the same issue. I contacted Dresslilly support about the matter to try and get it fixed. I got dissect person after different person. None of which had read the former correspondence. I supplied all the links and evidence and kindly let them know there were wrote a few upset customers. No resolution offered or fix. I ordered a linked product in this discount and raised the matter with them. They shrugged off the concerns of the discount codes not being applied

This site has some very cute and interesting items! I found a purse I really liked and ordered it. After 2 days the zipper pull broke. Not sure that this was a craftsman issue as the rest of the purse and other zipper was fine. I think it was a fluke or not enough packaging for shipping. But I let them know about it and they were very apologetic, refunded all my money and suggested I donate it to charity! No hassle at all! I love that they thought of donating it to charity!

All my size small dresses were way too big and when I tried to submit a ticket, it wouldn't let me. Beautiful dresses, just the sizes are way off and I even followed the size charts. Size small, is more like a size large. The clothes are just huge.
