They are a scam! Beware!!!
We called because we were stranded in Oregon in the middle of no where at 1am. After a little over an hour we get a call back saying there is no one that could give us gas. He said call the Oergon state police so we did. They could not help us until 8am. We then had to call my mother in law from Idaho to come save us. We sent her money and she drove and gave us gas. So why is this company charging us the $99 for a cancelation when we didnt cancel we wanted to be saved. My mother in law has medical problems and we didnt want to risk it. But we had no choice. I have put in for a refund 5 times called 4 diffrent numbers all said the same. They are a call center, Infact you can NOT talk to anyone from the company itself.There is no help on their website either. (All the call service people can do is tell you to go to their site.) Beware they will STEAL your money and leave you stranded!
They are charging me for them canceling because they failed to get the job done
I contacted them at just after 5:30 pm (they charge my card at 5:39 pm) about getting towed about 10-ish miles from where my car was stranded, they contact me at 10:45 pm to cancel the job themselves and have the audacity to charge me the $99 cancelation fee like I was the one who canceled and not them. This is basically fraud.

Do not go with this company charged me…
Do not go with this company charged me 200 before they arrived. Lied saying my payment didnt go through and asked for me to pay twice after first payment already left my bank acc. I asked for cancellation and told me they would still make me pay for simply having them get in their truck

It's a scam
It's a scam. I called them needing assistance and finally they called back telling me one of their "local partners" was dispatched to come and help me. Half an hour later Roadside calls me back and tells me their partner (some red neck towing company called Jim's Towing out of Lewiston) declined the service request. And yet they still charged me a $99 service fee, for no help. Stay away from this company... you're better off becoming an AAA member.
give me a refund. I called for service, waited for 45 minutes then called back. This happened twice, so i finally asked for a refund after 2 hours. I have tried nemorius times and the website does not reconise my number. I called custermer service, they say that can only help get me to the refund site. Over and over i tried, no joy. When i call custermer service all they can do is send me to the site for refunds. I have asked how i get my money back, no one knows. This is a b.s company

My car broke down in escatawpa. I had to call triple A to rescue me: the screwed around trying to find some to actually come to escatawpa to rescue. Then there it was in front of me: an International Harvester Vehicle with tip platform, and plenty of space to work, with lights like the sun. the young proceeded to efficiently hook my truck up. he then said his name is Mike Knight. I knew his father, Mr Knight: the acorn didn't fall from the tree hard enough: just like his father for the world. And Mr Knight always got it from point a to point B, on tme and safely, just like his father. folks id direct call him your self for his services: do not go through a middle man like AAA: he has a customer service staff that will actually talk to a human...friendly too. try A and B towing for your local need say a 75 mile circle around the office in Vancleve. don't hurt his truck...lol
Scam potential!!! I had blow out at about 3am..So i tried to setup services.. Shortly after i call dispatch and was told no drivers were available until the about 7am..So i immediately cancelled the service. Long story short i was charged 100 dollars cancellation fee bc i set it up and they had no drives. When I tried to contact customer support, they use a a 3rd party company and all they can do is say sorry sir we have no way of directly contacting the company, we can just get you a receipt. Out of 100 dollars simply for trying to use the service they offer but couldn’t fulfill. Reply: No i definitely have the right company trust me.. ive been telling everynot to ever use yall.. i have my emails and receipts so i find it it funny yall cant find me in the system for something that happened almost 3months ago but thanks for finally getting back to me 3 months later (sarcasm).. ive already tried multiple times to get a refund but (see original comment) thanks.. if you are reading this dont use this company.. you see how the pretending it didnt happen.. ig me and the other 1000 comments made it up

My tire exploded around 12 am, I reached out to this company in desperation and paid 182 for Roadside assistance. They said a driver would be out there in 90 minutes and after 90 minutes went by, the driver couldn't be tracked on their website. I called and their representative promised to switch my service to a priority tow FOR FREE. 30 minutes went by with no updates, so I asked for a full refund with no cancellation fee. The female representative told me she COULD do that; However, a day later they charged my card 99 dollars for the cancellation fee, refuse to refund me and refuse to give me a supervisor's number. They are located in Arizona so report them to the BBB, FTC, and any other companies local in Arizona. They kept me out there til 4 am until I finally called another company. Their response is a lie, My tire was never changed by one of their technicians, they left me out there until 4am and I used a different provider

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! I called for help with a flat tire. After 45 minutes of waiting, they were unable to send someone. I was still charged $99 "deposit" after being assured it would be reimbursed. I have tried and tried to resolve this issue via their website and many emails. This is no way to run a company. Total scam.
UPDATE: this reply on July 14th(note: my review was Jan 9) is crap. I have sent countless emails asking for my money back. Service was not rendered and I’m not wasting any more time asking for my well-deserved money back. This company is a scam.

My 19 year old daughter unfortunately…
My 19 year old daughter unfortunately had a flat tire 2 hours away from home. She decided to try Drive Roadside due to their online marketing campaign portraying reliability and customer service. They quickly took her $200 which was about all she had left in her account. The first responder had an arrival time of 45 minutes and after waiting over an hour they “cancelled “. She was then assigned a new responder with a wait time of 60 minutes. After 30 or so minutes the state of the art tracker still said 60 minutes. Luckily a nice person came along and helped her put on a spare. She was able to get to a tire shop where they replaced her tire and she made it home. While the tire was being changed she try to cancel her distress call to Drive Roadside (which still read 60 minutes) and was told her deposit would be retained. After calling the company to try and get a reimbursement, she was told that there was “nothing the company can do.” Absolutely a terrible business that does not provide the service they advertise. UPDATE::::: I was contacted by the company and issued a full refund so just wanted to be fair and inform that they did follow up and make it right.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. Broke down yesterday. I put in for help on the app. It stated I wouldn't be charged til help arrived. I waited it just kept spinning searching for help. I canceled through the app as it states on their site. I was charged close to $300 for a service that never showed up. They never dispatched me to anyone. And I was charged this amount of money. Its a SCAM DONT USE THEM.

Worst experience
Worst experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They scammed me and refuse to give me a refund . Started a claim and waited on the side of the road waiting for them to dispatch someone . I finally found help of my own from the local police department. They literally did nothing except take my money and left a message saying it would take aprx 10 mins to get a driver to reply. It’s Bullshit and i don’t recommend anyone use this company

Trash service wouldn't recommend to anyone in need of roadside assistance. They take forever to get back to you. Then when they did they couldn't find anyone to send out to my location. Will NEVER use them again

This site is a complete scam
This site is a complete scam. Don’t fall for it. Yesterday we got a blown tire on the highway and submitted a request by entering our credit card information. After 45 minutes they called and said they could find no one to send out and that the only option was to find a tow truck. I did not want to do that and told them to forget it. Now I have a $99 charge on my credit card from them FOR DOING NOTHING. I requested a refund and they denied my request. I have now filed a dispute against them through my credit card AND will to my dying day write as many f-ing negative reviews about this scam site as I can.

One of the worst and most frustrating experiences!
One of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my life.
Requested assistance after two hours of wait for assistance no assistance ever came. Got towed by the police because my vehicle was blocking traffic.
My credit card was still charged. Submitted a refund request four times and have been ghosted when called the customer service. All they will say is go to the website and submit a request.
I can’t even get a receipt for what I was charged. Called customer service to try to get a receipt instead they sent me hundreds of receipts of other people‘s charges with personal information on it.
Truly believe that this is a scam! Please for your own sanity do not use this company.

The app was initially easy to use but…
The app was initially easy to use but getting accurate information after that was nearly impossible. At first they said one technician would take 100 minutes. Then they reassigned me to someone else who could take 83 minutes. I had already been waiting an hour and just gave up on them. I called another provider and I was already almost home when their provider came 105 minutes after I first called. I will give them credit for eventually showing up but the wait time and communication left a lot to be desired. I essentially wasted 199.00
