The meter we received was fine. It’s being used and is working great. The customer service when I called and asked why they ran my credit card for hundreds of dollars more than my total, was not fine. The female who answered my call mentioned they place a hold on the card for an estimated shipping charge. I stated that my order totaled $3696.96. The website said ‘Free shipping on orders over $2500’. She sounded annoyed and rudely answered, "Well our system has no way of knowing if your order receives free shipping." I’d believe that if I hadn't worked in internet sales the last 20 years with software that allows for those parameters to be set. She said they'd only collect the dollar amount of the order at shipping. I let it go with that because I do understand the process of the credit card being authorized and collected at different times. A few weeks later the order ships and there was freight. They charged me $195.00 shipping charges. I’m not calling to deal with her again because she was so rude the first time. My low rating is strictly because of her customer service. The gentleman that reached out to inform me regarding the item being on backorder was very nice. The truck driver who delivered the order was excellent. The lady in the office is the reason for the one star review. I think I will stick with a regional dealer that sells Banjo fittings and similar items for any future needs. I’m glad we were able to get the meter system from them. But, the attitude from customer service isn’t worth continuing business with her.
