To be quite honest, I submitted the application at almost midnight and got an answer back so fast. I almost thought I was going to be dropped from my courses. The payment was disbursed to my school promptly. Thank you earnest! LOVE YA

Too many phone calls had to be lodged back-and-forth to complete the application. With a credit rating of 847, I couldn’t understand why so many documents had to be submitted!

Applying for a student loan through Ernest was incredibly easy. The process was faster than any other student loan I’ve applied to, and that is quite impressive. In a matter of days Ernest had already contacted my daughter’s university to approve the amount of funds - very impressed!!!

When I had a problem, they were helpful and responsive. The person - Yes there was a live person to help - not useless AI, was helpful and did what they said they were going to do... even followed up with an email. GOOD Customer service..... What I did not like is the bait and switch on the interest rate and the offers. I initally selected on one option with a 4.5 interest rate.... by the time I finished the paper work they were offeing me 6.5. I accepted... when I went to sign the paper work it the interest rate was 7+%. Bad BAIT and SWITCH
