I used earnest last year and didn’t have any issues. For some reason this year, the platform was not user friendly or easy to navigate. I had to make 3 phone calls to get help and spent hours with my husband and daughter trying to figure out what the problem was. I almost gave up because Sallie Mae was so easy and quick and their platform gave us no issues at all. It shouldn’t be so hard, especially as a returning customer.
