The best 3PL for direct from China fulfillment. I've been working with Ecommops for almost 3 years and the service is top notch. Communication is clear, everything gets processed in a timely manner and overall the service makes my job easier in many ways. The team goes above and beyond to help with everything. If you are looking for a reliable fulfillment and sourcing partner this is it. Highly recommended!

I’ve known Dayu for a few years now and we've finally decided to partner with Ecommops this year, and couldn’t be more impressed.
Working with EO has far exceeded my expectations. Their expertise, professionalism, and guidance in China fulfillment have been very valuable to our brand’s growth. The team genuinely cares about your success and goes above and beyond to help you scale.
If you ever get the chance to visit the warehouse in Shenzhen, don’t miss it.

We had ana amazing 3 years relationship and the only reason we are not working together anymore is because we have stopped that business. Overall, ana amazing experience, profesionalism and the best communication compared with any other Asian suppliers or agents I have ever worked with.

We had an amazing 5 years relationship with you and couldn't have asked for a better fulfillment team. Even in hard times, and high volumes, they always managed to do great things. We went through a lot of interesting times, especially during Covid, and the e-commerce boom that came after.

ECOMMOPS has provided an outstanding experience, easily the best among the 3PL providers I’ve collaborated with. Their team is exceptionally responsive and efficient, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly. Order fulfillment is consistently accurate and timely, with deliveries reaching customers within the promised timeframe. We have experienced zero issues with lost parcels or unexpected charges. Furthermore, their extensive network and strong relationships with Chinese suppliers have significantly streamlined our communication processes. ECOMMOPS demonstrates genuine care and commitment to their clients, going above and beyond to support them in achieving their goals. I highly recommend their services without reservation.

eCommops has been great for us, we've been working together since mid 2023 and they've been extremely accomodating with our custom set up of parts and master & child SKUs for a reasonable price. I can highly recommend!

EcommOps has been a fantastic solution for our international orders. We were looking for a solution to ship our non-US orders since shipping them from the US was super expensive. We can ship our products in 2 days from our factory in China and get them ready to ship to the UK, Australia, and Canada as quickly as possible.
Service has been great. Customer service is also good. Thanks

EcomOpps has been a reliable fulfillment partner for us so far.
Before working with them, we faced multiple supply chain issues. Communication was always an issue; custom packaging would be printed incorrectly, and processing times were 3+ days.
EcommOps has made a world of difference for us. Any questions get answered, usually in 30 minutes or less. Difficult situations get handled professionally, and I can trust that whatever we have agreed upon will be executed.
I can happily recommend EcommOps to anyone looking to utilize China fulfillment in a professional and customer-friendly way.

I've been working with EcommOps for over a month now. They have faster delivery times than my previous warehouse. The pick fees and storage fees are also very reasonable. Good communication and fast response time as well. They actually care about the growth of my business and I'm very excited to partner up with EcommOps. I'm glad that I have made the right choice of switching 3PL to EcommOps.

EcommOps team has been an outstanding partner since 2019.
Since we've started working with EcommOps, our logistics are 100% reliable. I've worked with a lot of different suppliers over the past 5 years and none of them comes close, not only in terms of professionalism but EcommOps genuinely care about your success.
All I need to do is get sales, they handle the rest, and if you have any specific questions, they are more than willing to book a call with you to dive deep into the problems themselves and find a collaborative solution for them.
They are really dedicated, trustworthy, and transparent, which are essential for shared success.
Recommend 100%
