Well, as a retired ad man I can say your advertising looks great. Your creative is excellent, tasteful and contemporary. And you seem to have a more than an adequate buy on various platforms. Iv'e ordered a few samples and they are very good. But we have put the tile project on hold because we may sell the home instead of remodeling.
Product matched the sample I ordered. Shipping was great, zero broken tiles. Only issue (and I didn't notice until the tile was already laid) is that some of the tiles had these black speckled imperfections on them. Had I been laying them myself, I would have just set those aside, but my tile worker didn't notice and just continued to lay the tile. So now some of them look like they need to be cleaned/vacuumed but it's just part of the tile themselves. Maybe a quality control issue when they were made. Overall though, the tile is beautiful.
