West coast student trip
The locations were fantastic, but more specific and intentional stops on the tour are warranted. I think students would have preferred an itinerary that was more itemized and less flexible to keep them entertained and moving. The food choices should have been more sit down types for dinner, specifically. Also, the 2nd hotel was very dirty and most of the students, including mine, were complaining about that.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the itinerary allowed for plenty of sightseeing experiences.

My son said it was amazing Only complaint was he did not get a slice of New York pizza while in New York but he loved Everything else
Didn’t live up to expectations
When we signed up we were told of the various places we would visit and some of those were key to our decision to go. When you pay as much as you do and then those specific places are no longer places that will be seen and you only get this information once you arrive is unacceptable. If I were told that we wouldn’t be able to see the White House and the Lincoln Memorial we would have likely canceled our trip, perhaps that’s why that information wasn’t available? They would have lost over $12K from our group alone. To top it all off we get taken to what accounts to mall court food areas… I understand when you take a bunch of kids that there needs to be structure for safety but families that go should be able to grab food near the venue if they so choose.

We saw lots of great landmarks out…
We saw lots of zgreat landmarks out tour guide Mike was very knowledgeable. Our bus drive Lateek was amazing. Love that transportaion and scheduling was done for us. Everything was well thought out for getting us to and from each place. The hotel could have been nicer. I personally had someone knocking on my door at 4:30 in the morning and running towardsme when i looked outside the door, it was terrifying. This continued until 5:25 a.m. the bathrooms at the hotel were very old and tiny..no counter space at all onky a sink tub and toilet all with in the same 5x5 ft space. When you are sharing a hotel room this is an issue! Fri July 10th of the trip was not well thought out. We wasted the day from 3-9 walking around times square which was exhuasting and meaningless to do for 6 hrs. We should have seen another show since we were on a Broadway tour. Another group that joined us bragged about how they were going to be able to see an extra show once we left, i was surprised to learn we would have time to see another show but were schdeuled to do free time walking for 6 hrs instead. It was awful! The last day in Chinatown was another flop!! Wasted time walikng around for houra again when we maybe could have seen a matinee.. i also could not access my $20.00 on my till cars the last day. I ended up paying out of pocket . The bus ride to the airport...no a.c. ((( after walking around chinatown for 4 hrs and waiting a the delayed bus with no ac to go to the airport. It was a miserable way to say goodbye to the BIG APPLE!
A wonderful time on the tour…
My son had a wonderful time on the tour of Washington D.C. All the sights and monuments and museum visited were all a wonderful experience.
Easy to use website
Easy to use website. Payment plan, information, pre-trip check lists were all very easy and helpful. Staff on the trip were wonderful and I felt save sending my minor daughter on the trip.

We had a wonderful tour guide who provided great support, answers and made adjustments to meet our interests and needs.
Another stellar tour!
As always, EF has come through with another amazing tour for my daughter! Her trip to Boston was flawless. She was able to visit many Revolutionary War sites as well as the Freedom Trail. She spent time in Plymouth and Salem as well.

Very organized, communicative and provided reasonable accommodations for my child. Would definitely recommend! Staff were amazing. My kid really enjoyed the trip and this was an amazing experience for them. I’m very appreciative of the staff!
Our tour guide Jim was awesome
Our tour guide Jim was awesome! He was very organized, articulate, informative, and fun to be around! He personalized our experiences at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Pentagon 9/11 Memorial, which helped our students make a connection to those who were lost! We had a packed schedule and we learned a lot! A great group energy led by Jim!

Enjoyed having every little detail taken care of by an expert team. From the initial trip set up, promoting, pre trip check and the trip, EF was exemplary in all interactions. Big shout out to our tour guide and bus driver. Super fun people. Adults and kids loved them.
