The clothing was not up to the quality…

The clothing was not up to the quality I expected. I’ve been begging for a return lable. Was offered 10% , 20% finally 50% ( with no item return) refund which I finally took.

Misleading photos. Screen Printed Fabric.

The shirts I ordered were both terrible quality. I wish I'd looked into reviews before I ordered. The photos (I've gone back and looked at them) made it look like a textured fabric with lace, etc. It's just a white piece of polyester with screen printing on it. I feel like a sucker. Hoping I can get my money back. I'm working on that now. I won't order from them again.

Very difficult to navigate

Very difficult to navigate, insufficient pictures of all aspects of the clothing, missing measurements, no indication of shipping from China or I would not have ordered.

They send you a cheap t-shirt instead of what they advertise.

What I ordered and what they sent me wasn't even remotely similar. I ordered a linen embroidered blouse and got a cheap nylon t-shirt. For $35. I complained to them, but of course got no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! A total sham. Also, the credit card I used was compromised shortly afterward, so I think they sold my information to bad people!

never ever buy from this website

never ever buy from this website, I spent 170$ looking all pretty dresses but they sent me waste junk pieces which even any poor person will not wear. such a cheap quality I hope they refund me or I need to dispute with my bank.don't buy anything.

The photos claimed the blouses were…

The photos claimed the blouses were embroidered and were a linen-cotton blend. They appear to be polyester and the "embroidered" designs are just printed on. There are no washing instructions or even a packing slip giving me the order number so I could return them. The blouses aren't ugly -- they're just not as pretty as the ones the model was wearing on the website. I definitely have no intention of ever ordering from them again!

Nothing like the pictures online. What I bought and the picture of what I thought I was buying are so different I thought they had sent the wrong item.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL ORGANDY BLOUSE WITH EMBROIDERED FLOWERS ON IT. I RECEIVED AN UGLY POLYESTER TOP WITH THAT MY GRANDMOTHER MIGHT HAVE WORN WITH A DESIGN ON IT. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY’D GIVE ME 20% BACK AND I COULD KEEP THE TOP. I TOLD THEM I DON’T WANT THE TOP AND THAT I WANT TO S ND IT BACK. THEY SAID NO SO I CALLED MY BANKS FRAUD DIVISION AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. I ALSO FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY IS STEALING ANOTHER COMPANIES DESIGNS AND PICTURES OFF OF THEIR WEBSITE AND PUTTING THEM ON THEIRS BUT HAVE NO INTENTION OF DELIVERING WHAT YOU ORDERED.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Do not buy from this site! The actual items bare little to no resemblance to those depicted. They are made from a cheap rough manmade fabric and are NOT cotton/linen blend nor are they embroidered - they are just a nasty printed fake. Elevenforest are refusing to accept my request to return for a full refund.

I purchased two shirts from…

I purchased two shirts from Elevenforest. Neither shirt was what I ordered. The website pictured beautiful embroidered blouses. What I received was two "screen print" copies, made with cheap quality fabric. One top was not a blouse at all, it was a tunic that WAS NOT EMBROIDERED WITH FLOWERS. The other top was simply a screen printed copy cat of the one on the website. When I contacted Elevenforest, all I got was instructions on sending photos of both tops. When I asked for a return label, I was told it would cost more to return than the actual cost of the blouses. We went back and forth with several emails trying to reach an agreement on a refund. I suggested a refund of at least half of what I paid. They suggested 35% and they would take it to their superiors. I've been negotiating with them since June 18, 2026. The customer service is horrible! I am now waiting for them to get back to me as I have finally given up. I will wait for my refund and I will NEVER even look at their website, much less purchase from it.
