We are trying to test their batteries to have them in our retail establishment and put them in customer's older carts. I totally expect that I should be able to balance these batteries and put them in service. However, I have 1 battery in a 2 pack that doesn't show up on the blue tooth. I suspect the app is not installed on the battery. This is a major problem when you need specific set ups for specific situations. Really it's a black eye and now I am going to have to wait until overnight for them to answer the question and take care of the situation so we can actually test the battery. This is really sad. When you spend $6000 in batteries with them to do independent tests, this is not starting out well for Enjoybot. Too bad, we had hoped that this would be a good entry level battery for their product and ended up with an unusable product. The battery did take a charge, however, we don't know if it's truly charged or just sent a message to the charger that it's charged.
I should have a received a phone call with the amount of money I spent. Your instructions are OK, but the actual ability to speak to a person really makes me wonder. When I do review the different configurations I ordered, I am doing it on YouTube and will share. Your ability to answer and communicate questions already has you down 4 out of 10 seeing communication is the most important.
The 12v batteries weigh less, they fit perfectly in my
club cart precedent. Batteries were very well packed,
and nothing was missing. I would highly recommend enjoybot batteries.
I haven’t had the chance to use them yet but they were packed really good so they’re was no damage to them. They said a group 24 size but they are still a little smaller than the group 24 battery trays.
Quick shipping in US. Very simple install on my Advanced EV golf cart. After a very small/easy altering of battery tray I simply dropped it in, secured it, then plug and play. It’s only been a month, so far so good. I’m getting around 25 -30 miles on a 100 amp/hr battery driving on flat ground.
I own a repair shop. I have installed over 12 Enjoybot lithium batteries. I use one on my personal cart. The new kits you offer come with accessories to help the installation need to be upgraded. To be competitive with other brands you need a few changes. 1. Metal case 2. Something other than a ratchet strap to hold the battery 3. Better reducer( I have swapped out 3 defective ones for customers) 4. Do away with the stint.
Ordered 5-12v 150ah batteries. Received quick response from customer svc, that the configuration was not a safe grouping. They adjusted my order to the correct configuration at a lower price.

Also returned one item, (voltage reducer) that was not needed. Quick refund.

Needed a 60v lithium system. Ordered a 5-12v 150AH system, and received an email, warning that going from a AGM 60v150AH to lithium equavelant was not safe in that the later could overpower the power train.
They changed my order to 100AH, and immediately refunded the difference.
