Love all my pieces! I ordered several rings and two necklaces and all of them are beautiful. I was a little hesitant to order since I have allergies to metal but the sterling silver and even brass plated pieces work for me without any issues. Will order more pieces when some are in stock.

Don’t trust En Route
It’s easy to get sucked in by their advertising as they are all over social media. Don’t be fooled as they don’t care about their customers. I should’ve realised when their policy is that you have to pay for returns, considering so many companies offer free returns - it feels a bit like a scam. En Route’s quality isn’t high end but it is treating itself as such. The lack of communication from their customer service team has been disappointing and they have subsequently offered me a gift card which is outrageous. We’re talking about an item that was on sale. I don’t understand how a business can be so greedy when they already make customers pay for shipping the item out and to return it. Really regret shopping with this brand and I wouldn’t recommend you do either. There are so many better independent sellers and I’ve wasted at least a tenner on top of the cost of the item.

Quality is as amazing as its looks!
The necklace I got from here is stunning, it doesn’t rust, its not too heavy, I get plenty of compliments on it, and it makes literally every outfit i have better ! It came just in time for a concert that I was going to and ordering off of Shop from here was very easy! The price was totally worth it !

the en route jewels are real masterpieces. Every item contains a special energy and can make you feel so beautiful and powerful. I think owning one of en route pieces is a lifetime guarantee and you could never be tired of it. The delivery service was great! Living in Italy, I thought it would have gotten many weeks as usual but after less than two weeks it was delivered at my house! Must say, real efficiency here!!! I don’t even have to mention the quality… just wanna say that i’ve been wearing my earrings since they arrived (a month ago), even in the shower, and they look new as when I opened the boxes. The jewellery is very cute, and the two necklaces I bought look exactly like they do in the photos on the website. Shipping was delayed by two days compared to the estimated delivery date, but it wasn't a problem. The delivery service even asked me what time and where it would be most convenient to leave the package. Each piece of jewellery arrived in its own box, carefully wrapped and securely sealed. The prices are slightly above average, but I think they're worth it.
