I come to the shop trough a Instagram add, to bought a belles. I had a problem with the order because at coming back to fulfill the payment the neckless change to the add one but I want it in other material, I send an email and I bought the one I want, in panic that it doesn't arrive on time, and sent another mail. They respond bouth, at the first they sed that they will change the order, the tink that I asked for. But I already bought the one I want and sent an email to cancel the other one. They change the order from the first email and then they cancelled as I ask in the second email and refund me, awesome suport service.

Each time I am more and more amazed by how amazing the jewelry and the customer service is! There was a tiny issue with a bracelet I ordered and the minute I emailed about it I got a response very quickly and they took me seriously and sent me a new bracelet. THAT's how you should do it! I bought 3 things from these guys for my girlfriend, for how expensive alot of their items are (comparable to hey harper) these items feel alot more plastic / cheap. Some cool designs but just feel cheap and like I could've found it in a street stall. Would recommend brands like hey harper over these.
