The experience was mostly positive, but the BS of the last year covered everything.
Do you think the deal with MM guarantees you anything? Nope. The buyer managed to get banned in the game before MM sent me the money. I had to fabricate(lol) a response from the CS to get paid.

Ok, I understand, admins don't want to pay extra to verification provider and too busy picking their noses for manual processing.
Printed a fake DL, passed despite the admin rants on the forum.
But this is not the funniest thing. At work, we purchase databases of leaked documents from our region, just to check the people we hire. And what do you think? Found my fake there.

I bought a Steam account on this site and i got scammed. I lost all my money and I don't get any compensation from the site. So much scammer on the site. I don't recommend for anyone this site!!!!!!!!!Keep yourself away from it!!!
Got banned for literally no reason. Someone false reported me for putting a scam listing when i was selling my account. I was on vacation and couldn't send my proof of video immediately which I told them and came back home to see that my account was banned. I take a week providing them my reddit account and a video of me logging in (which they requested) and showing all proof and they tell me at the end that I "used images posted too many times". Like this is just terribly frustrating and horrendous customer service. I'm willing to keep trying to prove my case but it's like im talking to AI. My username is HyTilt and I've reopened up the ticket. Before you tell me some BS like "we review with multiple people and we are sure we are correct BS" It's a echo chamber you guys are just verifying yourselves. Like please don't make me send evidence one by one that meets your requirements and decide to in the end ban me for something that is remotely impossible.

Sadly this website is now tied to playerup.com (now scam website, you just have to look at their reviews). They are trying to get me to delete my bad review on sitejabber (they scammed me) against Playerup in order to unban me even though I didn't break any rules.
Guess what? I'm not deleting my review so keep my account banned.

This is slander and defamation. EpicNPC is not related or connected to Playerup.com in any way. We also list them as a scam site.
We are not in communication with this person, nor have any information about sitejabber or a dispute from Playerup.

I am 74 years old and live in Russia. I have been using this site for 6 or 7 years, or even longer. The first time I was blocked was in 2019, when I forgot to turn off the VPN when I logged in to the site. In 2020, I registered again, linking my phone number. Since then, I have sold one game account using MM and had a 5-star rating.
A few days ago, I went to the site and saw a verification requirement for sellers. I tried to verify using my internal passport, but Veriff does not recognize it, although it indicates it on its site. After that, I used a tourist passport and verification was successful, and the data on the site changed automatically. Today, when I opened the site, I saw a notification about ID fraud and blocking my MAC address.
I understand the company's desire to protect buyers and sellers - this is the right decision. But when I sold my previous account, I realized one thing: during the account sale procedure, the company (or site) does not take any responsibility, the middleman only checks the account data and passes it from the seller to the buyer, while one of them pays a commission (often quite high). and in case of fraud or scam, the company, including the middleman, remains on the sidelines and cannot influence the return of money or access to the account. It can only block the fraudster's access to the site and apologize. Instead of implementing weakly effective methods that create the appearance of protection and lead to a decrease in the number of verified sellers with a positive sales history on the site, it is better to create a more effective method to protect both sellers and buyers during the transaction.

Fraud was indeed detected as well as possible illegal activity. The account was permanently banned. We are 100% confident in the ban.
Tried to make an account for a purchase, but despite being in the middle of a transaction with a middleman present, the system auto banned due to "suspicious payment" of the middleman fee, with no explanation, despite it being a sucessful payment.
No explanation, no appeal, no warning, and there being a middleman representative right there.
No reason bans with no human input or basic intelligence, while scamming me out of the middleman fee I paid for, do not use this site.

In cases like this the payment is voided or refunded. Bans are only issued when there is a high probability of fraud.
We do have a ban appeal option the user could have used to dispute their ban.
I do know know if the user opened a support ticket because they provided no information when requested.
Before demanding verification of account through veriff 5 stars, but now? They demand to verify through shady veriff with not good opinions your ID and selfie this is in their opinion to fight with scammers but they will also find a loophole... Normal users Has no use to risk their very personal info to be possibly breached and leaked in future for ocassional trades. I would recommend their forum before but now i advice to think thrice before "verify through veriff"

We required all sellers to verify their accounts before they can list anything for sale. This is to provide safety and security to our members and is one of our top priorities.
We utilize a 3rd party company (Veriff.com) to process and hold all verification data, which follow all privacy and data laws.
We understand even then some people are not comfortable with this. Unfortunately this is a requirement that was needed in order to maintain safety for our members.
Account banned because i was just "suspicious" after recording 4 videos to prove that i'm not , my account will stay "ban" after years of services and many good reviews ....

Our bans have a appeal process that is reviewed by multiple individuals. If they were denied an unban, it was most likely correct.
Epicnpc is a few of the legit trustworthy middleman services with selling the middleman are reliable and honest and never had issues with the website for the 3 years I’ve been using it
The forum it self is really bad and not trustworthy they are tyrants that will ban you or get rid of you if you don't comply to their demands like lowering prices or whatever don't fall for their antics.
Now the sellers don't have anything to do with it for the most part but some of them are involved with the forum moderation (which is terrible).
They will ban you and say that you are this person or that person or part of a scam ring or some very paranoid stuff for no reason whatsoever and give you the same responses every time you appeal the ban.
I am sick and tired i have created a new account to try and talk to the mods and sort this out once every 4 months and they just automatically banned me which leads me to think they hardware ban people.
I'm done with them and i wanted to check them out on trustpilot guess what i found ? A ton of fake reviews and amidst them the real ones all complain of the same stuff which is a myriad of scammers and unjustified bans.
The only reason that i can think of for why i was banned is some of the admins of the website was interested in my One Piece Bounty Rush account and wanted to buy it from me and probably didn't like the pricing for my whale account and asked if i can lower the price and since i refused he banned me.
This might sound stretched but their whole manners and ways of dealing with people are like that.
Be wary of this website and i guarantee you most of these reviews are fake if you keep looking you will see that most people have had a similar experience to mine and i'm glad to see that i'm not alone.
Edit : Don't believe a word they are saying in their reply and if you do you will experience the EpicNpc touch and don't say you haven't been warned :)

All bans are reviewable and can be appealed. Admin staff do not sell anything on the site and do not participate in the marketplace. Ban appeals are conducted by admin staff only. If you were banned by a volunteer moderator, they are not involved in the appeal process. We make sure our appeals are conducted by a separate person.
You stated you have created multiple accounts and continue to make new accounts. Obviously if you're banned any new account will also be banned without warning.
We do not monitor seller's prices or ask anyone to change their price. We do no have rules about pricing, so your assumptions are wrong. A seller can list an item for whatever price they want.
Best market place, never had a problemwith ~25 transactions !
Of course, you still should always be careful to buy / sell to trusted users. (Good reviews, ID verified, etc..)
