I have never commited a fraud or scam via this website, I even submitted an id card for id verification, I have done a lot of transactions with or without middleman of this website and now my account is banned, please get back to me asap EDIT:1 Your support team wanted me to show if I have any feedback elsewhere, brother, I am not rely on making a living as a seller/or in an online marketplace, how can I have or need to have a feedback elsewhere?

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, created an account and couldn't verify since my country of origin and country of residence are different. despite my account existing for less than 1 day company refused to delete my data including my photo ID. They were reported to the correct body. Avoid giving them your data as it becomes impossible to delete it after. PS: In reply to EpicNPC comment below, my account was open for less than a day and you refused my verification, what exactly are you need this data for ? This is blatant refused of deleting my data for no reason at all. What reports against me are you talking about ? i wasn't verified and didn't use account as it was blocked as soon as i realized you will never verify me. What a sham ! you need 60 days to check if reports are opened on account without any interaction on your platform and less than 1 day old? Typical Data Grab and already reported to DPO for this behavior. if you value your Data and privacy Stay away from them ! PS2: I'm sorry but this is ridiculous that you need 60 days to check if my account was ever used ! You can't check who I contacted or if I posted ? Unless it's 60 days. I wonder if you even know how your service works as I can't post without verification ! How would I scam people? Nonsense excuse to hold on to data !!!

They banned my Epicnpc account while i was doing a trade with a guy that was interested into buying my account, we used the Middleman service with Dopebooster and i got banned during the trade, when i passed that account info, and the Middleman also Locked my account into Steam and he tells me that i did it even tho i didnt have access on it ???????? Anachronos1996 account name Update 11/03: Dont use this site The Middleman Locked my Steam Account and the email is Tied INTO HIS EMAIL, this is PURE Account THIEF and Destruction - as of 29 of March my Steam Account is still tied to the Middleman's email possession, and in order to change it i need to contact steam support tonight 29 of march i contacted him and waiting for his response so i can reclaim my Account.

Talking to customer support is like talking to 2 year all kid, they will just ignore whatever you ask and keep repeating same non sense. Their site they can do whatever they want, but when you ban people without solid proof it's just recipe to put you company into grounds. Stay clear.

Good website despite a bad customer support experience

Update: I have been verified after about a week (weekend included) and was able to make a purchase successfully with a middleman. I can't speak on the prevalence of scams and such on the website since I only made 1 purchase, however, my one purchase went well. I also like that they provide plenty of documentation on how to spot scammers and make purchases/sales. Yeah, so I think I'd recommend this website despite the sometimes bad customer response times. If I needed something else, I'd probably go to this website first. Rating changed from 3* to 4*. Initial review listed below. Previous review: I'm not sure what the actual website is like because I have been stuck in a customer support ticket for about a week now trying to get my account re-verified after its verification was rejected for an unspecified reason. It might just be my agent, but the customer support experience has been immensely slow and frustrating for me. The guy doesn't explain a thing to me and instead is going step-by-step through what feels like a support manual or a list. And I mean every step is a separate message separated by a 24-hour wait. Even when I respond to him almost at the same time as he sent the message, he doesn't say anything back like he sets a 24h timer for his next response on purpose. Most of his responses are made up of 1 sentence, making it hard to understand what is actually required from me and if I want to clarify, that is going to take another 24 hours. Keep in mind that I still don't understand why he is asking me all this because all I got in terms of explanations is context clues from his questions. In the most recent message, I was asked if I could verify via a phone number from my country of residence, which I can do, but he did not specify where, how, or why. Verification isn't supposed to be that difficult.

UPDATE 4: I reported the situation to the community manager on LinkedIn and they blocked me, I'll send my next message to the CEO... An unreliable site that unfairly bans its users in order to prioritize its own sellers. This is the FIRST time I have opened an account on this site to sell an account, I listed the game account and put it at a slightly cheaper price than other sellers. I even authenticated the account I opened for the first time. I even provided my ID information. They didn't even write in the email why I was banned, this is what is written on the site right now: "After a while, what they do is you got banned because you have opened an account before. In order to open your account, you need to have an account with at least 10 feedbacks on a different reliable site." The place I registered just to sell a personal account is asking me for proof of registration from a similar site with many feedbacks. I asked them to show me if I have opened an account before, but they still did not answer. Don't be fooled by the scores here, I doubt they are real, buy or sell your account from a safe place. They closed my account after I verified my identity with the most ridiculous answers I've ever heard. Thank You! UPDATE REVIEW: In response to your answer: Do not try to justify yourself, you unjustly BANNED my account while I was trying to register to your payment system, everything is written in the first ticket. After this incident, I was immediately banned. I submitted a ticket 3 times and they could not give me a single sensible answer. They still can't give me one. I haven't even sold anything to anyone yet and you're closing the account for no reason. There is no dispute in the account, I did not sell to anyone, I only have 1 GAME account and I registered to sell it. To become an verified member, you took all my credentials, my live image and made me an verified member. You can't even guarantee that my credentials are protected, then you delete my account. Trustworthy Site

Have bought multiple accounts (Genshin, Honkai Impact and World of Tanks) via this site, and I have never had a bad experience. My wife has also purchased MANY accounts via the site (and has sold several as well), and she too hasn't had a bad deal go down. Overall, I'd say you can find good deals on this site (I found an end-game World of Tanks account normally priced at 1400-2100 for less than a 1000 USD!), and the Trade Guardian I used was very thorough and professional. He ensured the account was 100% free from the control of the seller as I purchased it. Would recommend ARMIK. Most of the other Trade Guardians are professional, although my wife and I think ARMIK is one of the better ones (ARMIK has overseen over 9000 deals and over $3.4m USD in transactions. He's the real deal!). Keep in mind the Trade Guardian charges a small fee (6-7%), but they are 100% worth it imo! You do not want your account recalled or stolen from you!

Banned me for suspicious activity??

Upon waiting for the activation on the account, this is the message I received. "Oops! We ran into some problems. You have been banned for the following reason: suspicious activity. " I tried to appeal and this is what I get from my email.. "We are confident you are a scammer. Your unban request is denied. Regards, Epic NPC Team

You should avoid using EPICNPC

You should avoid using EPICNPC. They have the worst customer support ever. They will ban you for no reason. So my recommendation - don't have business with. They are not trusted site.

Using trade guardian I got scammed

Using trade guardian I got scammed. I bought an account and 2 days later it was stolen back.. I reported it took 2 weeks and all they did was ban the guy.. they didn’t do their research to clear the account of any socials or other emails. I ask for refund and no response.

Got banned for suspicious payment. They didn't like my payment. Offered no other option how to pay and want rating on different sites. Also i didn't receive refund. Support wasn't helpful at all either. Not recommend it to use.

I was banned from EpicNPC under the pretense that I was scamming users and making fraudulent chargebacks because I was selling Discord Nitro at a rate that caused me a loss of about two or three dollars temporarily, so I could better establish myself in the Discord Nitro market. I explained the reason, my method for discounted gifts, but the administrator suspected I was chargebacking. When I asked for proof, Mike, the administrator, said it did not matter, that this was not a courtroom, and that I am not innocent until proven guilty. I will not say I am not at fault, as I admit to having multiple accounts to conduct business on that website. This was wrong. But I am writing this review to show that, despite the administrator's claims of scamming, I still have no negative feedback after two years. I am sad to see this once-good site's quality drastically plummeting. I strongly advise you to search for your business elsewhere. Edited after I saw the reply: Proof and an explanation were provided; the administrator chose to ignore them and blindly blame and defame me. Unfortunately, it seems the site's quality, as I've attested to before, is indeed decreasing. I recommend conducting your business elsewhere. You don't ban people on suspicion alone, Mike; you haven't shown any conclusive proof. EpicNPC does not investigate disputes that did not use the EpicNPC MM, or rather, their TG system, and even if they do, unless you paid using a credit card, you are out of luck. Most of the changes made are far from being consumer-friendly or seller-friendly; they have indeed continued to ignore community feedback and are becoming even greedier with each update. The site's direction has strayed too far to be redeemable.

be aware with sharing your personal data with veriff!

the previous review got hidden for no reason, so here is the duplicate, so all the nice ppl can avoid this scambin: As of recent eNPC asks to provide personal data to 3rd party service (Veriff) to have access to site functionality again, noonetheless, every user will be able to see site content just not be able to post threads/respond if refused to provide the sensitive data. I rushed my decision and wanted to validate the info, little did i know about shady company eNPC partnered with. Once i read all the reviews and feedbacks here on trustpilot about Veriff (*cough* whooping 1.7 rating with multiple accusations in personal data trading and recent 4M$ Lawsuit-Facial Scans) - i requested from eNPC assistance on deletion of the photo of my passport/ID provided earlier on my behalf. But instead my 7yo account got banned. I used the guest account to get back on forum and leave the commend on all that situation which led to another banned account (guest one) with global moderator leaving commend (quote) "We keep the data saved unless required to be removed by law. The data ***still*** isn’t sold.". I have the screen of that post and video recording of it. Like i mention couple of times earlier - i dont trust you, your site, your partner and i dont want you to "keep my privade data saved", but we all know where its leading too (like many other ppl already mentioned in Veriff feedback section - data trading and eNPC having % from is the safest bet). I repeat again - eNPC refused to act on my behalf and request the data deletion and banned my account for no real reason, as i didnt break ANY site rules. If you care about your privacy and safety - DO NOT SHARE ANY SENSITIVE INFORMANTION WITH THESE SCAMMERS AND DATA TRADERS. If by the Monday the situation will not get solved - ill share the screen and video on social media (starting from twitter and reddit) to dismantle those frauds. Stay safe out there!
