Site with very bad admins, moderators, policies, rules and everything is bad there
EpicNPC site is very bad. I have been a member since March 2019 and have had many bad experiences with the owner and main admin @EpicNPC, along with all the poor administrators and moderators. They have extremely ridiculous rules and policies.
They will reply that I'm a scammer because I resell accounts, when the negative feedback I had on EpicNPC was because the account got deleted and I demonstrated that the buyer is who deleted it, not me, and who tried scam me requesting a refund, but they not wanted check my proof because they said "we do not investigate off-site sales". I said them that PlayerUp already did the job, they investigated it and removed the feedback, but anyway they not accepted remove it. I am a major seller on PlayerUp with 170 positive feedbacks and no negatives since January 2017, 9 years doing this activity, a perfect reputation with more than 2500 accounts sold since then, 5000 satisfied costumers and +150 accounts for sale currently, so for sure I'm not scammer, as I would have negative feedback and I would be banned there. Later, a random moderator decided believe the buyer, saying that I deleted the account, when is demonstrated the buyer did it, with clear proof. So they investigated the arguments of the buyer, but they not investigated my clear proof. This is one of the lots of bad policies they have.
EpicNPC demand access to accounts to avoid being classified as a Middleman service. On these other sites it is possible to sell without giving access upfront; you find a buyer, then give access, remove the owner’s access, and link the account to the buyer, a process I’ve done thousands of times. However, they require access beforehand, which limits the number of accounts I can publish because few owners agree to give access before the sale. Many games do not allow account duplication, so this policy hinders sellers like me who assist owners in selling their accounts. They wrongly believe that if I have access, I am not a middleman, but I can talk to buyers via Discord, create a group with the owner, and complete the sale, regardless of whether I have access beforehand. I have 150 accounts for sale in the other site, but only I had 30 on EpicNPC because of this ridiculous rule.
The EpicNPC moderators are very bad. They constantly disturbed me, deleted my threads with no reason, and made me republish them, accusing me of being a middleman, when I only was posting accounts I own with Trade Guardian activated. Every two weeks, I received warnings or deletions, when I was doing nothing wrong, following all rules. Each moderator has different criteria. Once they banned me without reason for an entire month. Initially, he warned me that I needed access to the accounts to post them, which no one is doing there and they not investigate it. I accepted it, I published only accounts I own, and he banned me 1 month with no reason. I reported someone else who had 14 accounts without access, but the main admin said I couldn't report the same accounts again, which is illogical since he still had published accounts he didn't have access to, and this person not got banned.
EpicNPC states they do not investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian is used, which is unhelpful. I was banned for 10 days for replying to feedbacks to tell the truth and show proof that the negative feedback were false, so they do not allow truthful replies, possibly because they dislike me talking about the other site, where the fake negative feedbacks got removed.
EpicNPC permit negative feedback for off-site sales but do not investigate them, which I challenged, arguing that negative feedback should not be allowed without investigation. They responded with a nonsensical argument, saying they should also block positive feedback, which makes no sense. The main admin is not very intelligent and very bad person.
EpicNPC is terrible; the owner is very crazy. His policies are ridiculous, and all his rules are nonsensical. They do not respect the work of reputable sellers like me, who have a perfect reputation and have sold thousands of accounts since 2017, including 2500 accounts in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, satisfying 5000 customers. Over the years, however, they have been damaging my activity.

The seller is a scammer. They sold an account to someone, tracked it, and when that user stopped playing, they recovered it and resold it to someone else.
We prevented the second sale as the first buyer reported the problem and we were able to confirm the seller did indeed try to resell the same account.
The seller refused to refund the first buyer and was banned. They did not think what they did was wrong and didn't understand why we would ban them.
Based on that logic, we assume this seller has done this many times to scam their customers.
Decent site when nothing goes wrong. But if it does there isnt anything the site can do for you if you get scammed, and if you dont use their paid service for trading they dont even look at your problem.
I am a member since 2012, with most of verifications. Had multiple shops there, with a few thausands successfull trades done. There is no other organisation with all possible protection for buyers and sellers!
I'm currently living abroad. I came back to this site after 10 years just to post a thread to sell an account.
To do that, I was asked to verify my identity. First, I needed to fill in my full name. Then, the site asked for a phone number to send me a code (without making it clear that the phone number had to match the country of the ID document) and of course, I gave them my current country’s phone number. Finally, I completed all the remaining steps in the verification process by providing my passport and facial verification.
After almost a day, I got rejected because the phone number and my ID didn’t match. I opened a support ticket to explain and ask for a solution, because there’s no way I can access my home country’s phone number now. The agent handling my case simply replied, “Phone and ID countries must match when verifying, sorry.”
I replied again and asked if they could just unlock the phone number change function, so that if I managed to get a phone number from my home country, I could change it and redo the verification process. The answer? I have to wait for the 30-day lock to expire (something I would’ve never known if I hadn’t clicked the change number button).
Mind you, I did not manually change the phone number in the phone section, they applied it themselves after I entered it to receive the verification code at the start of the verification process. So I have to wait 30 days for the thing I didn't do. At this point, I just lost my s***.
In short, a phone number seems to matter more to them than anything else, even though they already have my personal information and my real face. A matching phone number is apparently so important that I have to wait 30 days to redo the verification and miss the chance to sell? It’s so essential that a passport means nothing compared to it?
If I’d known this from the start, I could’ve just borrowed a number from someone back home to get the code and likely get accepted? Only God knows if they’d welcome me back or just want me to lose the account with a paid upgrade that’s still valid for the next 13 years. Man, they weren't like this back then.
***Update after the reply: So it's confirmed that everything I wrote above is true.
- "Normally we do this by reverifying the phone number on the account." - No one knows this. That’s something you do internally on your site. How do you expect people to know that? And then, at the start of the verification process, why do you even let people enter any phone number to get the code, automatically change that phone number on their profile without notice, and then put a 30-day lock on it? My dude, even banking systems (or literally any other website/forum), if they want to verify users via mobile phone, they just send the code directly to the phone number already linked to the account, right? Not a complete mess like you're doing.
- "However, it does not appear you can complete that step, and since you’re from a different country, we have to assume the account might have been compromised." - Yeah right, the person who supposedly stole this account somehow decided to verify it using a phone number from another country, with ID documents from my own country, and with a real face matching the ID. Why wouldn’t they just use a phone number from the same country? Wouldn’t that make it look more legit? Even better, why didn't they just create a new account? Why wasted their time for an inactive for a long time account?
Also, since the phone number was changed on my profile now, doesn’t that make “reverifying the phone number on the account” completely useless? LOL
- "Depending if your account has other data we can verify, we can try to help you regain access." - This should’ve been discussed when I first asked for a solution in the support ticket, not after several copy pasta from a bot-like agent who handled my case.
"If there is no other data, then you will have to create a new account. Email alone is not enough." - So basically, it’s confirmed you want me to give up the account. A new account, with the same ID and the same phone number I currently use, and now suddenly I’ll be verified? or will I be in this cycle forever? LOOOL

One of our top priorities is account security.
As the account has been in-active for 10+ years, we need to confirm you're the real owner of the account. Normally we do this by reverifying the phone number on the account.
However it does not appear you can complete that step and since your from a different country we have to assume the account might have been compromised.
Depending if your account has other data we can verify, we can try to help you regain access. If there is no other data, then you will have to create a new account. Email alone is not enough.
Unfair Seller Protection and Biased Dispute Resolution
EpicNPC Sellers Beware – Buyer Spent 37K Crystals, Still Got Refund
my Swgoh ally code 187649224
I sold my SWGOH account through EpicNPC’s middleman service. The middleman’s own video shows my account had 75,100 crystals at the time of sale. After the buyer took control, the account was returned to me with only 38,100 crystals left — meaning the buyer spent nearly 37,000 crystals while using it.
Despite this, the buyer filed a PayPal dispute, won, and got a full refund. EpicNPC closed the case, stating they cannot force a buyer to keep an account they no longer want. This left me with nothing: the buyer consumed valuable in-game resources and got all their money back.
This reveals a serious flaw: EpicNPC’s “middleman protection” does not protect sellers if a PayPal dispute is filed. Once PayPal refunds the buyer, EpicNPC simply closes the dispute, even if there is clear proof of account usage.
Until EpicNPC recognizes account usage as proof of delivery, sellers risk losing both their money and their digital goods. I cannot recommend the platform to anyone selling high-value accounts.

After the sale was completed, the buyer reported an issue, which we were unable to confirm. The buyer then filed a payment dispute against the seller and we recommend the buyer and seller reverse the transaction.
The buyer received their payment back and the seller the account.
We cannot confirm who used the crystals on the account. Overall the crystals made up a very small portion of the value of the account.
Overall bad experience, couldn't verify my account because I live abroad and my ID doesn't match my phone number but this is acceptable as the platform can decide what they do. The problem is that during the verification process they have taken my data hostage ! Photo of my ID despite lack of verification couldn't be removed by 3rd party company they using despite multiple requests, and website itself holds your data for way longer then needed stating its needed in case there is dispute against me ... On top of that support was very dismissive of European regulations regarding data removal and overall unpleasant. Do not recommend
Ps: since there is a reply below. Somehow despite providing all information they cannot find any data for my actual name and simply divided my email into 2 parts and claim they cannot find it. So now not only do they keep data for no reason but also cannot track it. You just proved that your support is inadequate.
Reply from EpicNPC2025-09-24
This user requested their data deleted. Their account was disabled and we explained after 60 days their data would be deleted.
After this time their data was deleted.
The user is claiming their ID is still being held by our verification provider, however when we search for their name, we find nothing.
It appears both their EpicNPC account and Verification data was indeed deleted many months ago as we cannot find any data.
The user is refusing to accept this.
Hi everyone ...
My account was banned yesterday all of the sudden for the reason: illegal activities!
I contacted the customer support to understand what's going on, they didn't provide any information. Just told me that i'm involved in illegal activities!
What kind of that illegal activities?
what issue do I have?
nothing, nothing at all.
All my activities is selling youtube accounts! I have never ever had any dispute case open against me!
At least tell me what's the exact issue and i'm willing to resolve it. but how can solve it if you don't even tell me what's the issue or the illegal activities that i'm involved in!
Please I need any customer support to help me on that issue.
I never scam or hurt anyone there, why i'm being treated that way?!
Update:
They answered to the CS ticket with the statement "Previously banned member"
They didn't provide any further information or evidence that I was Previously banned member!
Just a claim without any evidence or backup for it!
My account was verified by ID since I registered, howcome after like a year they found out that my ID belongs to someone else?
Reply from EpicNPC2025-09-18
Previously banned member (100% confirmed). They must resolve their outstanding dispute before an unban can be considered.
We replied to the users support ticket with more information.
I used this website to arrange for leveling services on Ascension/Project Epoch. Its considered a RMT offense in doing this and they easily caught the booster. I DO NOT recommend having this done if you value your account! Learn from my mistake and save your account because these guys don't play around.
The team helped and guided me when a seller sold an account and then it was blocked. They also guided me on how to try to recover the money spent on that purchase.
My transaction was excellent. There was a significant bit of downtime while the middleman updated their game, but that isn't the end of the world. Overall, they were beneficial and professional.
