My package was sent to a different state
My package was sent to a different state. I had to convince representative to investigate. I received pushback for weeks. I resorted to copy & pasting the companies own statement that they would investigate the missing shipment. The company found out the shipper mislabeled the package and sent it somewhere other than to me. The package was delivered but with a lot of anguish on my part ($150). I thanked the rep for the investigation but…you know the real story.

Please be advised that when a package is misdelivered, we do need confirmation from the courier company that they are unable to re-route the package to your address before we can issue a replacement. 3 piece patio set
3 piece patio set. This is our second set. First set purchased at a local Oceanstate job lots store. Royal blue Cushions are so thick and comfortable.
Decided on another 3 piece set. Local store only had sets with beige cushions. Ordered the same 3 piece set directly from the company with grey cushions. Received yesterday and it took less than an hour to put all 3 pieces together. No issues, until we opened the cushions. Very thin, not like our first set purchased, and definitely not like what was pictured in the ad. Advertisement show the exact same cushions on our first set. What we received was very thin cushions. I’ve sent pictures and hoping for them to respond!

I received my gazebo very quickly, however 4 of the main pieces were not labeled. They look similar but vary by length. Parts B, B1 and C. Part C1 was labeled. I called to have someone identify them for me. My call was returned promptly, I was told the service department was going to send me an email, so far no email and no response to the one I sent.
