Took over three weeks to receive my product, but it was an uncommon item and Etoren did a good job of finding it and sending it to me.
Easy process
Ordering and checkout is easy. Delivery was quite seamless and quick though needed to be through the Singapore branch. The account when printed does not show as a tax invoice for Australian purposes considering ordered from an AU site

Delivery time was so long comparing with my expectations. I expected it would be delivered within a week such like Amazon or Rakuten in domestic. But it took more than one week since I ordered.

In order to let customer understand delivery time for their order, we display the estimated order processing time (1-3 working days) and estimated delivery time by courier (to Japan 1-3 working days) on product page and also the same on shopping cart page when you checkout. In total, the information we have displayed to customers in Japan is to expect up to estimated 6 working days to receive your order. You have placed your order on 6th Sept (Sunday) and received delivery from DHL on 15th Sept (7 working days). We try our best to give our best estimate according to our manpower resources and information on delivery time provided by DHL. There are some factors we cannot control during delivery eg Custom clearance and logistics load. As you may know, the situation is further impacted by many restrictions and increased load of logistics/transportation. They set a problem straight
I got a cellphone that shut down unpredictably. I was expecting (spoiled consumer that I am) for it to be replaced immediately. Etoren asked to have it back for repairs and, failing to find the problem, sent it back to me so I can try and see if the problem resolved. When it had not they replaced it with a new device of the same model that works just fine. Pros: The team at Etoren were communicative and open, listened and acted on my dissatisfaction. They arranged for delivery of the device back for repairs and for replacement. Cons: Not replacing the phone when I initially asked cost me time, and cost them sending the phone back and forth. In a situation where I stood something to gain from my request if it were dishonest I could see why that made sense, but I had no incentive to ask for an exact replacement if the phone worked.

Hi Gilad Tsur, As per our follow up explanation from our team via email, we want to clarify that "A grade" replacement is not applicable in your case as it is Dead on Arrival. It is only offered for items that have entered regular warranty period and in case repair is not feasible. As per our team, they have already sent you a DHL return shipping label. once we received the return and verified the defect, we will do a refund or send a brand new replacement for your DOA case. We also noted on email that you enquired about changing to another model instead and we await your decision on that. I sincerely hope we have clarified your doubts, please do let us know if there are other ways we can help.

The package arrived in a perfect state. I was able to follow with the code. The price I got for the product was really good one. The only thing is that it took nearly a week to arrive.
It's actually legit
Despite looking a bit scammy, this place appears to be legit. Saved me £70 on my phone, and shipped from the UK via DPD so not import tax or anything like that. Not quite 5 stars as shipping did take 8 uncomfortable days, but it did show up in the end, well packed and as described.

Took about 2 weeks from purchase online to delivery. Item was shipped 6 days after online purchase. A tracking link was included in that email which I could use to follow the package to delivery. Overall good experience where the price was the lowest on the market and that was offset by a little slower delivery, which I didn't mind.

Great product, poor communication
The product is great and delivery time was fast enough (2 weeks). Communication and postage tracking were poor. I had no idea where my package was until the day it arrived and I never received a response to my email enquiry. The product came with an Asian wall charger which is annoying (I'm in Australia). I was sent an adapter for this, but I'll never use it.
