Matching bracelets with two countries is so poor and tacky . Not worth the money

Products are good - unique, cool and very collectible - quality is fine and it's well packaged and put together. Few issues however: 1. so many different deals, discounts and offers that it's hard to keep track and understand which might be optimal for you 2. delivery times were beyond slow - we missed the birthday we ordered for despite +3 week lead time. This was then exacerbated by them chasing me for reviews even though I hadn't actually received the product yet. Customer service were admitedly pretty good on this and offered to replace in full if they didn't arrive etc. but then the cycle started again - i asked about how best to buy further top-ups and it seems you have to post a review to get a discount etc etc. Good product; slow delivery; responsive team but they just need to get past pestering for reviews (strange to do this when they know you're unhappy, but, hey ho) and focusing on being a good business.
