Start of my loan they literally called…
Start of my loan they literally called me 5 times a day to welcome me and every time I called back o was on hold forever and then no one knew who called me and all they gave me was a number to call back. Unprofessional and rude. So after 2 months of terrible service I refinanced! And it’s been a month now and I am still waiting for a pay off letter and also for a lot of money owed to me. I do not recommend them at all!!!

Not user friendly at all
Not user friendly at all. Trying to make a payment but no option so now I have to make a 30 min call just to make a payment. I am already looking for refinance options because of how horrible it is just to make a payment. This is only my second payment horrible experience stay away from this company if you can

Charge me 13% interest I don't think it's a good company that's a way to get money without doing anything I don't recommend this company for the amount of interest

The people are nice and helpful
The people are nice and helpful But they will get you on the interest rate. I get it I messed up my credit score but I’ll promise you I’ll fix my mistake and get it refinanced somewhere else. But other than that all good.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They charge me 52,000 for a car that was 24,000. I pay my payment before time for the past 4years to current I feel like they got over on me my credit score was a 680 this my first Carnot ever and worst experience

Predatory lender tactics
Nope! Please guys don’t be stuck with this lender. They are predatory and will bleed you dry of your money. Interest rates are through the roof!! And also you can’t refinance, split payments, or change anything about the loan. You’re stuck unless you find a different lender. Based on the math, I’ve paid off my car but because the interest rate is 19.95% I still owe several thousands of dollars on a car I bought for $20,000. I’ve paid over $19,000 so far and every time I asked for refinancing options, I was denied despite paying on time for two years, never missing a payment, and having an almost 700 credit score. Please guys, don’t trust this lender.

The interest rates or to high my car…
The interest rates or to high my car $10,500 been paying on car since 2023 $6,000 of my car note har went to interest. Meaning when i pay $298.00 . $30.00 got to car note, $270.00 go to interest. That is horrible 😭.
