Nothing but problems since I started with them. I cancelled autopay because if you make a payment manually, they don't recognize that as the payment for the month and also process the autopayment. They then charged me a returned payment fee and there was no getting around it. They don't care about their customers. There's also no option to refinance, which is ridiculous.

If your more than 10 days late they will call you everyday and they will also call your supervisor. My supervisor came to me to let me know exter was calling them to collect a dept. That was 10 days past do. Which is INSANE! Looking to refinance else were.

Went to instant auto sales just dreaming about getting a vehicle my car i was driving wasn't very dependable so I pull in see this beautiful white truck it was my dream truck very nice shiny saying come check me out ,so decided to get out. Check it out and salesman came out ask if I was interested ,,said yes I am but credit score wasn't the best he said well let's see what we can do half hour later came out said Exeter approved ya like no way ,he said yes very proud that you accepted me I will make sure there is no problems at all on the loan.

Very concerned! I still can not log in, can not see my account or anything, I have tried to call contact and it seems like there is no way of speaking to a real person. It’s all an automated system that only does certain things. I really hope I am able to set up my account and actually be able to see it.

Where other refused, Exeter stepped up and supplied that which we required. As new arrivals in the US, being able to acquire a set of wheels was paramount to finding work. Although monthly is a little high, we can understand because the lack of real credit sore.
