Your incorrect reports are hurting my .mortgage score by misinformation and incorrect reporting errors i paid a whole 246000 mortgage pay off in full I've never missed my other mortgage payment ever it's on auto pay and you got this on derogatory status with late payments I contacted my bank they verified no missed payments and in excellent standings with my creditors but you got my score at 594 wth it's not up to date so im submitting all paid off lines and payment history to your company
By adding my information to Boost, my credit score greatly increased. I wish I had looked into it long before now.

This company is horrible to contact. I received a message from Experian that a new address had been added to my credit profile, so I called in to speak to someone.
The customer service line is fully automated, and if you say you want to speak to a live person, it hangs up on you. The website is even worse...
This is directly from the AI chat... I can’t transfer you to a real person or a manager because Experian doesn’t offer live chat, and the customer support phone line is fully automated.
There is no way to connect to an actual person. This is insanity.
It found bills i pay and help get me 27 points but they're missing my Google payments but im confident it will be added

Experian consistancies
I have been an experian customer for approximately 8 years with 0 infiltration of my personal info. I think that statement speaks for itself. I have no plan to change to others.

Hi Rod. We're happy to hear that our service helps you stay informed about changes to your credit and keeps you on track. We appreciate your positive feedback! -Katherine
It raised my score by 18 points and took about 2 minutes - that's as good a deal as I could ask for.
Although it did try to get me to sign up for the paid Experian subscription for like 30 bucks a month by offering it as a free week trial. It looks like a free upgrade because it is "$0 due" but obviously that is only for the week. That seemed a little unsavory but just my two cents.

There are still regular monthly bills that I pay that do not show up on the Experian Boost - they would help boost my credit significantly yet they are not accounted for. Frustrating!!
Reply from Experian2026-08-06
Hi Catherine. Thank you for the feedback. We understand the concern with Experian Boost® not finding your utility bills. Here are some of the reasons why qualifying accounts may not be found:
•Accounts are paid by non-electronic means such as cash, check, or money order.
•The utility or telecom payee name may not be recognized at this time.
•There is not enough recent/recurring payment history for qualifying accounts. Experian Boost currently requires at least 3 recent payments.
•Do you make the payments each month without skipping a calendar month? For example, if you pay a utility bill quarterly (2 payments in 6 months) that account will not be recognized.
•The bank does not give access to enough account history
•Some municipalities do not differentiate between utility payments, parking tickets, or court fees, only identifying the payee by municipality name (e.g., “Anytown fees”). Thanks. -Karen
