I don’t remember signing any documents…
I don’t remember signing any documents to have a loan with explore credit but to my surprise they’re taking money weekly on my account!When I checked my account,I saw a deposit from them($1,250)but I didn’t applied or sign any loan agreements!I just want to give back your money explore credit so you can stop charging me weekly!I am a sick person and I can’t afford weekly charges!Please be merciful.I’m willing to return your money but I don’t know how.I don’t want to apply loan with your company.

applied for a loan , they had schedule payments set up , but no funds in my account and they tell me to wait 2 to 3 days and its a run around , i feel the are a scam and a fraud company.

I called in at 844-355-5626and went thru the prompts to speak with someone but the line went silent and no one ever answered instead about 5 minutes later it took me to a survey. Bad review given. I then sent a message and got Jen who was amazing and without hesitation assisted me. She gets a 5 across the board

Stella was very helpful. My previous call has dropped and when I called back, Stella picked up the call. She was professional, kind, fast, and very helpful. She was great at explaining as well. I would also like to add that my first call was with Blaze, and he was awesome as well! He even applied a 100 dollar per payment discount for me as well! Which is greatly appreciated! So make sure to ask if they can work with you on a better rate! They are always willing to help if they can!
