Jacob the assistant manager at the Jacksonville, AL location was phenomenal. He addressed my concerns, throughly answered my questions and explained any issues that arose. He gave me an oil change as well as went above and beyond to check on why my engine light was on and other concerns I had about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location and Jacob to others!

Philip Motzer at Express Oil on Plank Road in Fredericksburg, Va. is the greatest. We had driven from Florida on our way to a family reunion in the Poconos when our Jeep Grand Cherokee started shaking and wobbling. We pulled over and our rear driver side wheel was coming off (mind you we had just new wheels, tires and brakes put on the Jeep for the trip). We found Express Oil Change and called and spoke with Phil, told him we were waiting for AAA to tow us somewhere. He told us to come to his shop, that he would wait for us to get there (he stayed after the shop closed for us). Looked at the vehicle and found that the shop that had done the brakes hadn't put the tires back on properly and a front tire was also loose. Phil said he would personally come in early the next day to repair our Jeep so we could get back on the road. Talk about good, honest people, Phil is exactly that. He was extremely concerned with our safety and got us back on the road the next day. Thank you Phil for dropping everything and taking such good care of us. You are appreciated more than you will ever know. In fact, the entire staff there was kind to us. If you live there, you must utilize them for your auto needs. Thank you again Phil!

The Express Oil Change at the Summerville SC Main Street location has excellent customer Service. I am a loyal customer that went in for an oil change and my car stopped working before I arrived home. I called them and they sent a tow truck to get my car and the mechanic John worked diligently to fix my vehicle. I am grateful for all they did to ensure my vehicle ran again. I always get excellent service when I take my car to get an Oil change. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

These guys always take great care of us. Wayne, the service manager, is helpful, a straight shooter, and really seems to have customer's best interest at heart. We've used them for all sorts of things, on multiple vehicles over the years. Definitely would recommend. 1260 Koger Center Blvd, Midlothian, VA location.

I saw Nick today at the Forsyth County location and he did an amazing and thorough job of making sure my car was ready for the trip up to Michigan by checking the brake fluids, washer fluids, oil levels and brakes. He did it in the parking lot so I didn’t have to wait for a spot to open up in the bay. I will definitely be going back as they always do an amazing job!

I just had my first experience at this location on Platt Springs Rd Lexington, SC. Had oil and tire rotation service. Sammy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I left not feeling pressured into any other purchases and the service was done in a very timely manner. Thanks Sammy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Kenny and Trey at the Hoover Express Oil Change more than five stars, I absolutely would. After an awful experience at another Express Oil Change location that left my GMC Yukon disabled and undrivable, Kenny and Trey completely restored my faith in customer service. I first spoke with Trey over the phone after explaining everything that had happened. He listened patiently, reviewed the photos I emailed him, and confidently told me he believed they could remove the damaged oil filter. More importantly, he followed through on everything he said he would do. Once my vehicle arrived, they immediately got to work. Before touching anything, he documented the existing damage with photos and walked us through exactly what he found, AS REQUESTED. Despite the extensive damage already done to the oil filter by another location, he was able to safely remove it without requiring the unnecessary repairs we had been told were needed elsewhere. They never made excuses. They never blamed anyone else. They simply focused on solving the problem. Throughout the process, we were kept informed, answered every question professionally, and treated us with respect. Their technical knowledge and attention to detail were equally impressive. After the stress of the previous day, it was refreshing to deal with people who were knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping a customer. What impressed me the most was that their customer service didn't stop once my vehicle left the shop. Several days later, **. They reached out to both my husband and me simply to ensure everything was still okay. That level of follow-up is almost unheard of today and speaks volumes about the pride they take in their work and the way they treat their customers. These two employees are a tremendous asset to Express Oil Change. If you need your vehicle serviced, I would gladly drive past other locations just to have Kenny and Trey work on my vehicle. Thank you both for turning one of the worst service experiences I've ever had into one of the best examples of customer care I've experienced.
