Kareem made this visit so memorable. He was the most polite adn professional person.
Isaac Bonafede (Langenbahn) did an excellent job changing the oil in my car.
A very tall, young man named Isaac took care of my car and gave me excellent service. He suggested details I hadn’t considered and gave me choices. I trust this location for my services.
This is the only place my husband and I trust for maintenance and repairs. Corey and his team are phenomenal and we have been loyal customers for almost 5 years now. Services we’ve done with them range from new tires and oil changes to brake replacements, wheel alignment, fuel system and transmutation maintenance, etc. We come here for everything and anything. Could not be happier. Appreciate everything they do for us.
Sammie was great and super nice!! :)
Quick, friendly professional service
I have been a customer of this Dacula location since it opened, but my experience on July 28 was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an oil change through Express Oil’s official website. When I questioned a difference between the online estimate and the in-store quote, the assistant manager, Cameron, repeatedly interrupted me and said the store does not look at online appointments because they are unnecessary and merely “a corporate thing.” He even stated that the company should remove the appointment feature from its website. When I asked him to stop interrupting so I could finish speaking, Cameron accused me of disrespecting him, abruptly ended the service, repeatedly ordered me to leave, claimed to be the manager, and refused to provide his name. My seven-year-old son witnessed the incident and became very upset. The actual store manager, Zach, eventually intervened. He calmly explained that the advertised price covered only a limited number of quarts and that my vehicle required additional oil. I immediately understood and accepted that explanation. Zach was professional, apologetic, and personally completed the service. My complaint is not about the promotional limitation. It is about Cameron’s unnecessary escalation and unacceptable treatment of a customer asking a reasonable question. Corporate management should review the surveillance footage and provide appropriate management and de-escalation training. I have submitted a formal complaint and incident report via email and letter to corporate.
I'll try to make a long story short. First let me say I have been a customer for 14 years and have loved getting my cars service here. I got more than oil changes. I have bought tires and had other minor services done as well. Last week I had a car towed to this location due to a flat tire (that's the long story part). The tire did need to be replaced. I went ahead and bought 2 tires at the suggestion of the manager, Greg. I know its best to replace 2 than 1. He also told me I needed a new battery bc the hazard lights had drained the battery overnight and could not be charged. I agreed to that. We are now at $600. THEN, he proceeds to tell me in detail that I needed an alternator. Another $600.That's where I was drawing the line. I don't know enough about cars to know that he was not telling the truth but what I do, as I did with him, was to ask if the car is drivable. I can then assess the situation, speak to trusted family who do know about cars. I specifically asked Greg more than once if the car was drivable. He told me that the alternator needed to be replaced so I could drive the car. More than once he led me to believe that I could not drive the car unless the alternator was replaced. So my significant other called to get details bc none of it made sense what I was explaining and what Greg had explained to me. After a very detailed discussion between Greg and my SO, Greg actually admitted that there were no lights showing on the dashboardon, the car could be driven, there was no real reason to think the alternator wasn't working, and in fact it would be RARE for this to even happen. I was so disappointed. Greg knowing tried to take advantage of me. He did not deny it when I confronted him. I then checked the detailed invoice before checking out and there was a 24.99 charge for "inspection". When I inquired about this charge he explained that's when they "look over everything" to make sure there was nothing else they needed to do for me. Needless to say, without argument, Greg removed this charge and said he was just doing what "corporate" told him to do. I responded that I understand corporate tells them to suggest things a customer may not truly need but to flat our lie was not what corporate was telling him to do. I hate that after all of these years this has happened. If this post helps one person from being lied to then it was worth it. I'll start going to the competition that just opened right down the street.
I was waited on promptly and treated with the utmost respect and care from a very polite young man Mathew Bogle. I would recommend this business to everyone . Would give them ten stars if possible. .
I got my emissions done at Express Oil Change. Josh did a great job. Tyler was very friendly. Overall great experience.
This location has the best staff, and I will always use them. They are fast, and efficient, kind, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Keep up the fantastic work.
The gentlemen who did my oil change had me out of there in about 15 minutes. They did a great job discussing maintenance questions that I had. I will for sure show up again
Ihave always gone to this shop for oil changes, tire rotates etc. but this last year I bought a new car and those services are now free and my next ones is due in another month. I'm getting ready to take a trip on Sunday and wanted to have tires, etc checked. I call my dealership and they told me I would need to schedule to bring it in it would be a usual service fee of about $100, SO I called Express on Saturday and asked the same question, the manager Todd answered and said bring it in anytime and the fee would be about $30, Yes I can do that. Yesterday, I went in and told the techs what I needed and went to wait on my car to be checked out. They came back after 15minutes and said Ok you are ready to go...I went out to my car and pulled out my credit card to pay a guy named Danny handed me his card and said "NO CHARGE" enjoy and have a safe trip! Yes, I am writing this review as I told him I would... This location has the friendliest, knowledgeable and customer friendly staff of any shop I have visited and you can bet I will go there in the future and tell all of my friends to do so too. TRY THEM YOU WILL LOVE THEM Too! Sandi
Bobby was so friendly. He got me in and out quickly while making sure my car was all taken care of.
