🚨BEWARE🚨 THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Normally I go to Ford and get "the works" their full service oil change, tire rotation, fluids fill, inspection, and car wash. It's $98 for my truck for FULL SERVICE oil change. This time I didn't have time to go to Ford so drove up the road here thinking "hey it's a quick lube. It is probably way cheaper than Ford." All I got was a basic oil change. No tire rotation. No inspection. No filling of bug wash fluid. Nothing. Literally just a oil change. Wanna guess how much it was? $138.14.... WTF! A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military.... Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices. I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing. If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change. You should be ashamed of yourself.

5 Stars for Matthew and the Allen, Tx location. Always super quick, super nice, and helpful. Matthew was very patient when I didn't have my insurance card ready, and still gave me a GREAT DEAL!! I'll be back for my oil change in 2 weeks.

Great service going into changing station...nice guy John however when he finished he saw customers in lobby...left me with hood open and waiting for 10 minutes while he waited on these people. Had told him I had an appointment in 30 minutes when I arrived...told no problem...barely made doctor's appointment 3 miles down the road Could have easily told waiting people that all he needed to do was tell them he'd be back in 3 minutes while he finished with my payment. Did not get a receipt nor a reminder tag. Gave him a little lesson in customer service. Not able to list location but College rd wilmington nc

Madison, AL, Sullivan Street location Brought my granddaughter's 2012 Honda CR-V in for an oil change and for a door locking problem. Told they could not work on lock problem, but would change oil & filter, plus perform multiple checks. Work was completed, but the final bill was much higher than expected. Someone decided it needed full synthetic oil, at an additional charge of$40. I never asked for synthetic oil, and the owner's manual does not call for it. You never get a second chance to make good first impression. They failed the first one.

horrible experience

horrible experience, went and had my oil changed on my 2022 car and on this past Friday my car started to shake horribly bad and my son checked my car no oil!!!! called express and was told it blew out the tail for no apparent rime or reason by Preston. ok next they towed my car to the office to evaluate the process and no one ever called me back so i called them and was told it had sludge build up that's been going on but they didn't tell me or put on the report is what i was told they never showed me dip stick either. then called corporate waited for a call i never got one. so then i called the office manager mickey he stated they did nothing wrong with oil change and he have no idea why i have no oil in my vehicle . i asked why the regional manager hasn't called me yet he hung up and oh the regional manager called and stated exactly what they told him no investigation was performed through him either. so next i asked what his name was he wouldn't tell me he said jay so but his name was Jason unprofessional Jason.. now tell me would you want to go where there is error and nothing be done i called corporate and nothing has happened.. but better yet i owe them 250.00 for a tow less than 20 miles...

Meridian location. TERRIBLE. My mom was out of town and got a flat tire. She ended up at this place and they said they fixed it. She was back on the road and not long after she her tire was completely flat. Now she was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called and spoke to the guy Max that helped her. He said he didn’t remember her which was only a few minutes later. And he said there was nothing he could do that they were about to go on lunch. RIDICULOUS. You had my mom’s tire. You said you fixed and you didn’t. What if she got hurt??? You said you do this out of courtesy.. no thank you..

I went to web site and downloaded a coupon for $26.00 off any oil change. I told them I had a coupon and was told they would do it at the end. Got through and gave them the coupon code and was told it wasn’t in their computer and basically I was just screwed. I will never be back. David Jones

I just want to let anyone lookin at the comments know THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPRESS OIL CHANGE I HAVE EVER VISITED!!! Another store did not inform me I had an oil leak verbally, so I had no idea! I came into this store in full panic mode in tears because I was so worried I would have to get a new motor! Which I could not afford and this was my only vehicle! Not only was Rob so helpful but he made sure sense he was off the next day Tara knew the situation! Not only did they get the parts needed expeditiously but I got my car back the NEXT DAY! Tara was super nice and even stayed a little late let me come pay and get my keys so I could come get the car when I got off! I will now only get my oil done at this store! 100000000% will be using only this location from now on!!! (Side note EOC they deserve a raise, they are the only reason I will continue to bring my cars to yall!)
