I had a 1:15 appointment on July 2nd for an oil change, I arrived at 1:10 and I was approached by a gentleman with a clip board. He was not friendly at all. I told him I had an appointment for an oil change he told me to pull up to the middle arrow and someone would be with me. I parked on the arrow. There were 3 cars in the bay, I only noticed one technician working on one vehicle with tires, then another technician showed up with tires and proceeded to back up closely to my vehicle, I put my vehicle in reverse and left. This was my first time there, I was not greeted and my oil was not changed. I believe it was the attitudes that turned me away. I didn't feel welcomed at all, and I didn't feel comfortable with them touching my car.

A stressful morning was transformed into something manageable thanks to this team at Express Oil
I cannot say enough about the team at Express Oil Change, especially Mark. I walked up to their shop with my car stranded down the road in a very difficult situation. My serpentine belt had fallen off and my power steering was out. Mark immediately took charge and guided me through what to do.
By the time I got to their shop with my car I was completely exhausted from muscling it out of a parking lot without power steering. There was only one tight parking space available between two cars, and I simply didn't have the strength or confidence to park without power steering. Without hesitation one of their employees stepped up and parked my car for me.
After inspecting the vehicle, they immediately recognized that the alternator was falling off and that hardware appeared to be missing. They were honest enough to tell me it needed to go back to the dealership that had replaced the alternator 10 months ago. They didn't charge me a single penny for their time or expertise, and they even volunteered to meet the tow truck so I didn't have to wait for it.
This team was friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and went far beyond what was expected. They turned a very stressful morning into something manageable. I am so grateful for all of them.
Express Oil Change should be proud to have Mark and this team representing their brand. This is exactly the kind of service that builds customer loyalty and keeps people coming back.

First, I would like to say that Dalton is extremely professional and detail-oriented. Every time I visit, I receive top-of-the-line service. He always takes the time to make sure everything is done right, and his excellent customer service keeps me coming back. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication to providing a great experience.
Kessie helped us today and did such a quick and efficient job treating us with respect which can be difficult being ladies trying to get a basic oil change without being condescended to. He was also a gentleman and offered us water on a hot day. Also another tech, Mr. Josh treated us to popsicles as we waited. Everyone we spoke with were very lovely and helpful. 10/10 experience definitely will return with our other car

Don’t waste your time! They don’t follow their warranty policy
I’ve been with express oil over 6+ years and I must say they don’t follow their policies. I recently brought my mustang for service March 24th for my belt to be changed not only did the charge me $896 dollars but my belt broke yesterday and according to your policy, there is a warranty for 3 months I didn’t even make it to the 2nd month belt broke again I take it to Krystal she stated they can’t replace the belt because my car has an oil leak somewhere told me to pay $75 to diagnose the problem long story short I came home cleaned my motor and there is no oil leak anywhere pls save your money guys they are overpriced and don’t abide by their policies I had 3 cars under these guys that I get serviced faithfully but I’ll be taking my service elsewhere this place is a joke and so are the people.
Shoutout to Chase who went out of his way to get me and my family back on the road today! What a cool guy! Thanks man!

On Friday 6/26/2026 I pull up to Express Oil Change needed to get air put in one of my tires and the store off Lakeshore Pkwy in Homewood,Al was closed it did not open until another 15 minutes. I had to get to work, however; Mr. Robert went ahead in put air in my tire. Was truly grateful and made it to work on time.
