Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Justin

Justin, a technician from Oakwood was great! Not only did he provide great service he educated me about my vehicle. Justin probably saved me future issues because of historical issues my car has I was not aware.

Tyler is amazing!! He was very kind and patient.

Your store manager Matthew McDade

Your store manager, Matthew McDade, is by far the best person I have ever dealt with on any issue involving my truck. I live on the other side of town and will continue to drive to his store in order to deal with Matt. He is courteous and genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Unless I move to Mars, I will continue to go out of my way just in order to deal with him and his crew. If there is ever a spot for a promotion, he is your man!!. Just let me know where he relocates so I can drive to his location

I was truly impressed by the service

I was truly impressed by the service, attention, and professionalism I received. Mr. Shannon at the University Dr. location in Huntsville, AL was great. 👍

Arrived for an 8:30am scheduled appointment this morning . Service tech dismissively indicated that they were already too busy with walk in business but if I left my car they might get to it by the end of the day and that it didn’t matter that I had an appointment. Really, what is the point of an appointment system?

Jim caught a huge mistake and he was great. My sticker for my service reminder was switched with another vehicle’s. I always have the best experience at Express on Chalkville Mountain Road

My technician Dylan Holley

My technician, Dylan Holley, was very polite and accommodating and represented your business well. They were out of my filter and had to get one delivered, he was very apologetic and offered refreshments during my wait.

I had something in my tire and had to pull in express oil in Prattville Al.right before closing time and Tyrese was very accommodating. He got my tire fixed and recalibrated the digital part of the tire pressure and sent me on my way. The manager on duty was very kind as well. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them because I had to pull in as such a late hour Will definitely be back.

Joe and Tony took really great care of me. They explained everything after I went to the Honda dealership for a recall on my car. They were beyond helpful and made sure everything was checked. They even went over and beyond to insure I felt safe on the road. I will be getting all my services for my car done at this location. If anyone ever has questions, they will explain it and treat everyone really nicely.
