Express Oil Change in Oakwood, Ga I was actually their first customer since they just opened today, and I have to say, they nailed it! I was in and out in about 10 minutes for my oil change, and everything ran smoothly. Gabby was excellent—she explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and had a friendly, professional attitude. The team didn’t push anything extra—just honest recommendations. For a brand-new location, they’re off to a strong start, and I’ll definitely be back next time I need service!

I was at the Express Oil Change-0704 on Koger Center Blvd in Midlothian, VA. Ethan was my guy today and he was amazing! He answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. When I wasn't sure of something he carefully explained my options, then gave me the best price possible. I actually left smiling because the personal interaction (while getting an oil change!) was so refreshing. I highly recommend this location for everything you need! All the staff are amazing, especially ETHAN and UNCLE WAYNE!

No liability for damage
I took my Jeep in for an oil change. Express Oil recommended an air filter change. After leaving, my Jeep had an unexplained noise. Upon having time to register a code error (approximately 200-300 miles), my check engine light came on. I took my vehicle to a Jeep dealership for diagnosis. It had a purge air leak with fittings and purge lines damaged. Jeep charged me $1100 to fix my vehicle. What an expensive oil change! Express Oil is claiming no liability and will not help me in any slightest way. Definitely would never recommend Express Oil!

My car was leaking oil after another place had tried to fix the leak. Roy and Kyle, knew exactly what to do and fixed the leak issue. They were honest and communicated clearly. I would recommend Midway Stables location to anyone.
