Avoid! Worst oil change!
Spent about two hours getting my oil changed and a tire rotation done only to have them mess it up because they left the filter off. At another shop they said my alternator was weak most likely because of all of the leaked out oil. I went back to this location and they checked it and claimed my alternator was just fine. I don't trust them and this company in general lacks accountability and doesn't put the customers first. I wouldn't trust them.

Professional and Knowledgeable performance
I was truly impressed by the service, attention, and professionalism I received. I grew up in my dads Texaco gas station so I understand the nuts and bolts. Alain at the Enterprise Alabama store did a great job. He both performed his job at a very, very high level and he also made me feel special. Alain was able to explain everything and provide exceptional service at the same time. I will definitely be taking all of our cars to this location.
Financially sound choice
Today I visited the Hattiesburg location and was immediately helped by Shawn and he helped me get the Trans. Fluid changes in my 2019 Ridgline. Professional courteous and very timely. Price wise: UNBEATABLE. THE DEALERSHIP WANTED $795 EXPRESS DID THIS SERVICE FOR $129. Being 7k over the warranty limit I've chosen express because they have cared for my Automobiles for years now and would go anywhere else. Thanks Hattiesburg Express oil.
I came in today for a simple oil change…
I came in today for a simple oil change and was treated with absolutely zero respect. I was taking my time driving my vehicle into position so you could safely perform the service, and instead of acting like a professional, Grayson decided to get an attitude and say “god damn” because apparently a few extra seconds was too much for him to handle. The fact that an employee thinks it’s acceptable to cuss at a paying customer is embarrassing. What’s even worse is that another employee stood there and did nothing. That tells me this behavior is either tolerated or nobody there cares enough to correct it. When I told Grayson I no longer wanted my oil changed because of the way he was speaking to me, he became even more disrespectful. He told me I couldn’t drive, and when I told him not to touch my vehicle, he responded with, “We don’t need your money anyway.” I’ve spent a lot of money with your company, and to be treated this way is completely unacceptable. I came in for an oil change, not to be cursed at and talked down to. My father and I will be coming back later to speak with management and get this issue addressed properly. If Grayson feels comfortable speaking to a woman that way, then he can explain his behavior in front of my father and management as well. I expect this matter to be handled professionally because the way I was treated today was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely out of line.

My technician, Isaiah, was very thorough and attentive by asking questions about previous oil use, brand, and general information. He made sure I knew about price ahead of time and checked the essentials.
My truck leaked oil after my oil was…
My truck leaked oil after my oil was changed, returned they said the filter was loose and leaking. And they allegedly fixed it but it still is leaking. They told me to come back a week later when the manager was in to see what he would authorize a new filter change? 600 miles on the oil change.

I came in several months ago to the location at #3164: Santa Rosa Beach, Fl - South Walton. I had an oil change. Cole waited on me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Today I went for an oil change. I got to meet Arlene and David. These two employees went above and beyond for me. They were both so welcoming and accommodating. Great conversation and customer service! Sam, the manager, was also great! This location is definitely my favorite.
