A great place for an oil change!

I’m from South Florida and realized I was a bit overdue for my oil change so I stopped in to Express in Bainbridge GA yesterday. I was immediately greeted upon pulling into the driveway. There were several gentleman who started working on my car and checked oil filters. I was informed that my oil filters looked good! One fellow escorted me into the waiting area and asked if I needed water. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Seems like I found a great place for an oil change!

I had been trying to get my tire…

I had been trying to get my tire sensors put on for a year. I went to the 3rd avenue store in Birmingham Alabama and let me tell you BUDDY is a god sent!!!! He programmed by sensors so quick and a was on my way. Great Job Buddy, thank you!!

Excellent service start to finish. The staff was friendly, worked quickly and was very knowledgeable about my cars make and model. I highly recommend Robby and his staff.

This review is for Express Oil & Tire on Oakwood Dr, Huntsville, AL. Experiencing air conditioning problems, it was recommended I give Express Oil a try to solve the problem. I found they are honest, upfront with any concerns, competitive pricing, excels with customer service and is refreshing to know my car is in the hands of extremely competent and knowledgeable staff. Car repairs and routine maintenance are a necessity. Competition for repairs can be tough, but I found a home with Express Oil & Tire Exchange for all my future needs.

I was visiting Irmo, SC this weekend. While I was there, I discovered that one of my tires was low. Knowing I would be traveling the next day for six hours back home, I stopped by Express Oil Change and they took care of my tire even though it was the end of the day. They took their time and were so kind. Thank you, Express Oil Change Irmo!!! My car had no problems on the road and I am grateful to you all.

Outstanding service!

As always, had a great visit with Wayne and his very capable technicians for my wife’s Toyota Highlander annual Virginia State Inspection. The appointment was made in advance at the Midlothian, VA facility on Koger Center Blvd with ease. Once there the vehicle was attended to in short order with minimal wait time. I have nothing but high praise for the efficiency of Express Oil and the outstanding customer service consistently provided by Wayne, the service manager. Thanks to all for yet another great experience in your well kept, state-of-the-art facility!

Early morning at the start of a holiday…

Early morning at the start of a holiday weekend is a terrible time to need an oil change. Fortunately for me I live near an Express Oil Change. Johnathon was both efficient and friendly. He was also incredibly honest. When checking my filters and other items that are targeted for upselling, he told me the truth. If I didn’t need it this visit or if it was still good, he told me the truth. I was in and out in 20 minutes but it didn’t feel rushed or like a quick service place. I confidently drove away knowing that my car and time were valued.

I have come to this facility for several years. I’m an older woman & they have NEVER did me wrong. I cannot tell you how grateful that I am for all the guys that have helped me thru the years. Today is no different Hayden came up to me asking what he could do for me. I explained my situation & he has taken care of me right away. Thomas joined in to help me. It’s the 4th of July weekend & I had a screw in my tire that I had bought here. They are easing my mind by taken care of me & my tire. No worry that it is a holiday weekend. THANKS GUYS FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR ME! I can tell you more on how these guys have helped me with a dead battery. They are just honest & helpful every time that I come here. I’m thankful for you all especially Hayden & Thomas today.

Quite possibly the worst experience…

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with a potential oil change! I’ve been going to this location in Tempe, AZ on Warmer for years. Because I’m a loyal customer I get the emails whenever there’s a coupon or Steele coming up. I was due for an oil change and I got the coupon saying regular oil change was $59.99 with a $20 coupon bringing it to $39.99. It would be $79.99 for high mileage. My vehicle has 36,000 miles so I was not expecting the higher price. So to my surprise when the kid told me it would be over $80 my jaw dropped. I told him I had this coupon and next thing you know three of his coworkers came over and they all huddled up. I told him I was not gonna pay $80 and if that’s the case then I would never be back. They said OK, put my hood down and let me drive away. I will never be back!

i want to tell you about the shop in montgomery texas Ithought the manager was great but the service manager was even better he was so nice to a senior citizen over an oil change it made me cry everyone ther is nice but he was the best and the manager terrance I WILL GO BACK AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEM

Came in to the shop needing tire and…

Came in to the shop needing tire and oil service while traveling. Was assisted by Breanna and the entire experience was awesome. She fully explained pricing and what needed to be done extra and made sure I was comfortable with the decision to go ahead and fix the problem. I assumed I would have to make an appointment and spend an extra day in town as I am traveling but I was moved right along. Overall service took less than 2.5 hrs. Pat on the back to this young lady! I obviously picked the right place for service and a minor issue.
