You should have your customers verify the email on their account. I've been getting emails meant for someone who mistyped their email.

Unreasonable Hidden Return Costs
Ez Contacts hve 2 businesses. One is selling glasses and contacts, and the other is gouging people for return fees when the new, unused glasses are returned. I ordered a pair of glasses that did not fit due to being stretched out; They retailed for around $300. They charged me $23.00 to return a faulty product. They claimed i failed to follow this absurd set of protocols that no consumer would discover, so I would not be charged for shipping. Customer service was also rude and unwilling to even listen to me. So in my quest to buy a pair of glasses from Ez Contacts, it cost me a total of $48, and I ended up with no glasses. Try another company when buying glasses and contacts.
