There were many conflicting pieces of information about the estimated time it would take for me to get my order, so I'll go with the one on my receipt. They have promised a tailoring period of at most 4 weeks and a delivery period of at most 2 weeks, making it about 6 weeks in total in a worst-case scenario.
I wrote them an email at the end of the third week, asking about the status of my order. The response I got is that I will likely get my order within that 6-week timeframe. Then I asked them once again at the beginning of the fifth week, expecting my order to be shipped soon. Only then was I informed that it will take an additional 7-10 days for my order to be made, which makes me suspect that they haven't even started working on it until I inquired and the promised timeframe already ended. This makes the customer support's replies and the information the site provides actively untruthful at worst and unreliable at best.
The only good thing I can say about the customer support is their response time. My first message got a reply in two days, my second message got one in a day, and my subsequent messages got an answer within minutes at times.
In short, make sure to order your piece months in advance if you're going to use it for an event, or if you just want your order to arrive... eventually.

Ordered a costume at the end of January, supposedly it needed 3 weeks for tailoring and another 2 for delivering. In the middle of march I messaged them asking when they’d ship it, the sent me a tracking link and said it was shipped out that day. A week goes by and I check the link, only the shipment information was received. I message them again, they say there was a delay but they’d ship it in a week. Two weeks have gone by and nothing. For how expensive their costumes and shipping is, you’d expect a better situation.

this is my third time ordering from ezcosplay and, overall, it was a pleasant and easy experience! i think the biggest barrier was communication; my order was delivered, but still says processing and i wasn't updated about or sent a tracking number. everything came in one piece and the cosplay itself looks amazing! however, one of the socks attached to the garter is sewn on backwards so i'll have to snip it off and redo it. an easy fix but for something i paid over $300 for, i was hoping i wouldn't have to make any alterations!
The cosplays can be pricy and a hit or miss but they’re great if you’re in a crunch! just make sure to read the sizing chart and the time frame for shipping and delivery
• This is my own personal, unbiased experience and review. The cosplay comes with: pants, vest top, ascot, & cowgirl hat. It’s quite screen accurate and definitely made me feel like Barbie😽🌸 However, I did have many complaints, which I do note are reflections of the quality & price. The pants were very long, and the waist was very loose. There’s a lack of adjustability in the outfit to fit different bodies. I had a lot of “wardrobe malfunctions” as well as damage to the cosplay after just one wear at home. Overall it’s a very nice-looking cosplay, but I was very overwhelmed by everything going wrong with my outfit the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend this cos if you aren’t up to altering it 🧵🪡

• The ascot and hat are just adorable. The top is nice, but the 3 buttons pop open *super* easily, especially as a busty person! I safety pinned in between each button, but they still popped and the pins made it harder to take my top off. Better solutions would be to perhaps add velcro or reverse hidden buttons.
• My biggest problem was the waist fit of the pants. It seemed to fit pretty well- even snugly- in many other areas, but waist was just *so* loose. I had to pull them up every five seconds, I ended up using a ponytail to sinch it in. I did tighten the string in the front as tight as it could, but it didn’t help. The eyelets/grommets that hold that string separated super easily from the fabric, too. I noticed significant separation/damage when I first put them on, way before I even laced it as tight as I could.
• I wore the full costume maybe 4-5 hours, and the star decals on the butt have almost completely come off. I didn’t sit or touch They need to be reinforced somehow with fabric glue or mild ironing.
🌸 All in all, a very pretty and accurate Cowgirl Barbie cosplay! There’s definitely quite a few downsides to it to take into consideration with fit and quality.
Love the cosplay and all the details there are a few minor changes that were made i sew the leg bands onto the socks, sew the top to fit better as it was a little too big when first ordered, reattach the buttons as some popped off so be mindful when putting on the cosplay, the soul gem is attached to the blue overlay which is a nice edition and the cape isn't super long so no risk for dragging and getting dirty.
It's been over 3 months and not a shred of proof that the cosplay ever existed. They keep pushing the date back so I've requested a refund.

0 customer service and didnt even send my costume. Ordered with PLENTY enough time in advance and now we're hitting the time I need the costume and it hasnt even been "made" yet. Ignored e-mails, chat bots that refer me to e-mails, this whole site is a mess.
I custom commissioned this cosplay and I am very satisfied with its beauty and quality! the shorts, vest and cape are perfect, the hat is slightly tight because I forgot to send the right size, the only part of the cosplay that I had to change are the flowers on the hat because I preferred to make them more realistic. your cosplays never disappoint and I'm sure I will use your site again!
Very good as a base/beginner cosplay and size inclusive if you can’t find your size on other sites. I had to make a few alterations, but altogether it wasn’t bad for the price and it arrived within a month after I purchased it.
I think Lucy's wig is great! from the first time I bought it I realized how soft and silky it is. Furthermore, I didn't need to style it because it was already perfect as it was!

They claim to help you grow and share your content, acting “nice” but it’s a facade and won’t follow through to help you, especially if you don’t got the right equipment to look professional or big following. I sadly was tricked to post positive review like other victims here and others I’ve spoken too, don’t make the same mistake we did and get baited. Know your worth. Atleast DokiDoki shares your stuff on their story sometimes. Also doesn’t send items on time as promised. The sizing is very inconsistent too. :/ Plus they hide bad reviews.
After ordering, you get a pop-up from "ShopperApproved". When you try to leave a 1 or 2 star review, it doesnt let you!!! It shows an error saying "Sorry! Something went wrong." The rating only goes through when you give them 3-5 stars. Scam alert!!!
I have yet to find a cosplay site, that isnt a scam... devilinspired, dokidoki, miccostumes, cosplaysky ... they are all the same. I will go back to ordering products from aliexpress with good reviews. Because at least they dont hide bad reviews.
The mask looks amazing fits very well and is very breathable. The strap at the back it flexable enough to fit around my head and the lenses are clear enough to see out of but they can fog up easily. The only issue I have with it is packaging was crushed and the colour of the mask itself is a inaccurate
Horrible service they treat customers horribly if they dont have the brand new iPhone and bait reviews by acting like they'll repost then saying no after you give them a good review but they can clearly see the photo beforehand completely. So it's all a bait for reviews
