I ordered my first cosplay from them. paid for expedited shipping and put in my use-by date. Almost two weeks later it was still processing and all I got was a run around about when my item would be here (3-5 processing and 3-5 shipping is what they told me) but that was obviously a lie. they are currently trying to pressure me out of my Paypal dispute with them for a full refund.
update; I have gotten a full refund but only after writing this review. They have asked me to delete it but I will not be doing so. I wish I could include photo proof.
I ordered a custom size of a costume (tall and skinny male) It looked exactly like what I expected, nothing amazing, but that is what I paid for and to that it was great. My problem is the shirt and pants are not sewn like shirts and pants you would expect. So no gusset, no pleats. This made mobility impossible outside standing around. Could not reach both arms forward, or raise above my head. Could only take a stair one step at a time and could not spread my stance to wide. It sounds terrible but its only noticeable infrequently or if you want to pose. Which might be a deal breaker for some costumes so heads up.
They don’t respect your use date. If anything they’ll do their best to get the costume to you right after your convention. Just buy from somewhere else.

Never Using Again- Company yanking us around about costume arrivals
Ordered cosplays back in early June- requesting they arrive by mid to late July to ensure they fit, if we needed to make adjustments, etc. Arrival date comes and goes without hearing anything or getting shipping information.
Message them in August and get a response on August 9th- saying our items are shipping out by end of that week. Two more weeks go by without another word or shipping information. I message them on a Sunday night/Monday early morning- and do not get a response until Tuesday saying they'd get us information. Wednesday goes by, no word. Message them again on Thursday and get the same copy and pasted response. I'm frustrated at this point, as we are less than a week from leaving to our convention with no cosplays that we paid for. When I asked for information or I would be requesting a refund- they offer us 15% back on our shipping (a little over $5 refund). I decline and say I'd rather have my missing cosplays- but I'm not paying for something that is going to arrive while we are out of state for a week at the convention- useless to us.
At this point- we are told if we cancel (this is thru their Facebook messenger services) that they are keeping 50%- as they had made the cosplays already.
I informed them I would get all my money back as their own websites FAQs states costumes take up to 30 days, shipping up to 16- and we are sitting at 76 days and they cannot answer a simple question as to if our cosplays are in transit, provide a number, etc.
If they do try keeping half our money, we will be disputing it with the bank.
The sad part is that this is our second time buying and the first time was great- save for never giving us shipping information and just finding a package on our door step one day.
Don’t bother! I ordered a $220 costume from this company. When I ordered they had two different size charts listed on their website. I thought I ordered the right size (M) based on my daughter’s measurements, but it was way too small when it arrived. I emailed asking to exchange for a larger size and they asked for her measurements in inches. I sent them (in inches) and then they send me yet ANOTHER size chart in centimeters saying that a bigger size won’t fit. This was a totally different size chart than what was on the website or what was sent in our initial communication. They offered a 20 percent discount, which does me NO good because I still have a costume she can’t wear. I feel like I got scammed. Don’t bother!
Edited to add that after I posted this review, the company reached out and agreed to send me a larger costume in the correct size. However they emailed days later saying their manufacturer could no longer make it in the larger size (which makes no sense at all since the larger size is listed on their website as an option). They then offered a full refund, which I accepted since by this point it had been almost a month of emails back and forth trying unsuccessfully to exchange for the right size. Just a hassle overall and I’m still without a costume that fits correctly, but I did appreciate the refund.
Bad quality products for an outrageous price. Terrible.
This product is not at all what was advertised when I ordered it. Wildly overpriced for this garbage service and product I received. What even is this. The size, color, shape, design, and even material is not at ALL as what was shown to me upon my purchase, this is cheap FOAM, not PVC plastic. And to add insult to injury, this bad product even came in damaged, with pieces falling off of it. This is downright terrible, and quite possibly the WORST product I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. This entire experience has been a bad joke, i'm still waiting for a full refund. And that's not even taking into account having to contact them 3-4 times just to even ensure this product arrived. Awful, just plain awful.
The product was high quality and looked amazing! The only issue I've had so far is the cost of shipping but other than that, it's an amazing place to buy from

The cosplay was perfect. Since I lost some weight the skirt fit me loose but with some pins I manage 😁 the top of the crown broke but with glue I fix it. Overall I will order from you guys again. Thank you so much.
I was really happy that it came earlier than I expected, and 90% of the cosplay itself was perfect. Just a couple minor pieces fell off (that I can easily fix) and one of the minor designs were misaligned, but all the important parts were perfect, and I appreciate it.
Their policies take advantage of technical wording and are very misleading. They should get rid of the use by date as they don't honor it. Customer support only operates during a small window and comes across as robotic or indifferent.
I customized my cosplay after my size and I got it back very fitting, I was pleasantly surprised. Worth it as I've experience before buying female size but the shoulders were too small. But this cosplay I am very satisfied with. Only thing was that the knee socks didn't have stretch so I suggest tying a ribbon with them so they hold, and the support was gonna talk to the factory about the problem. Very good service.

I ordered the Sanya Litvyak Strike Witches costume. I took the estimated five (5) week processing time plus delivery time to mean it would take about seven (7) weeks to be delivered. I actually received my order after a full twelve (12) weeks, ten of which were the processing time. I was informed my order had been shipped only after I had sent a few terse emails to find out why the delay. That aside, the costume is fantastic, well-made, fits really well and is excellent quality. I ordered the wig and shoes to go with it and they are well made too. I just need to get a pair of dark tights, (they weren't included) to complete the ensemble. All up, happy with the purchase, just wish it had not taken so long to be delivered.
