Definitely recommend
My husband and I started using Factor 75 for our lunch and dinner daily. We are really pleased with the portion size and the taste of most of the food. There are a few items that we were not as crazy about but only a few. Their customer service is very good. I would definitely recommend this service.

I've eaten maybe 10-15 meals,,and to me their all starting to taste the same,,I don't believe I've had any with barcue sauce,, maybe ribs,, rice, potatoes mashed, lot's of gravy, Chicken over mashed with lots gravy,,, Sorry for going on and on, Just took my medical cannabis,, Sorta got a hungry there,,😁

The food is good and easy. Some of the meals labeled spicy are really mild. The dishes with the small containers of sauce cause a very small portion of vegetables. I would love larger portion of the veges. Some chicken meals are very lite on sauce making for dry chicken.
Delivery service is great. I do hate to break down and recycle the material. It's too bad the box and packaging can't be picked up with the following weeks Delivery and reused. The material is in excellent shape when delivered so reuse it.

This is the 3rd time my order has been delivered to the wrong place.I live in an apartment bldg with more than 90 apartments and it was left outside on a porch which is about a block away from my apartment.It was 9:30 at night and when I went to send someone to pick it up the next morning it was gone,So I never got my meals.I am done with this delivery service and done with Factor.

The first sign in was easy but I made mistakes, it took me forever (t felt like) to correct things and I am waiting for the first order after that correction. the meals are great.

Factor - Simplifies my life. I am an extremely busy mom of 3 with a professional career - Factor allows me to have a balance breakfast and lunch and allows me to watch my food intake and count calories and watch my figure- It also allows me to use my time else where when all I have to do is grab a meal of a morning and afternoon and use time I would otherwise be cooking on other things.

The cold bag leaked creating a wet mess for me to clean up and the packaging was also wet. Meals were sealed so no problem there.
I called customer service and had a very long conversation before he was willing to provide any sort of compensation for the mess and inconvenience. As you are willing to give away free meals as I refer others; I'd expect more support.

The food usually tastes great but the presentation is ugly and more variety on the vegetables would be great. Plus I love the added desserts

I have increasingly had to throw away certain items - the charcuterie packs and some of the shakes. This week I threw away 7 charcuterie packs that smelled and tastd terrible and had dried out to the point where the salt had separated from the meat and the cheese had started to harden. The shakes also will taste of mold periodically.

Life-changing delicious meals
Factor meals have brought such a relief to my busy life. The meals are delicious. They allow us to enjoy some time in the evening together. Great meals and clean-up is minimal. I work all the time. Factor meals have really increased the quality of our lives. I am so grateful.

Meals are being delivered correctly so that's fine.
The food is decent but for what I am paying, the amount is a little scanty.
When it comes to dinner, I am just not that hungry so trying to eat them at lunch.
The jury is still out re whether I will continue. I just got this weeks but still have a few from last week.
