I used to refer this company out to everyone but no longer can I recommend them. Cannot get anyone on the phone ever and just get transferred and transferred with no help and min hold times of 30 min when they do answer. So easy to work with until you have an issue. I have reached out to the servicer a lot and they don't seem to care about their mistakes that affect you and I. I also called a different number today and was told there is not much you can do but an "investigation" would be opened. Your servicer is not being up front and honest with you or me. But hey who cares?

If I could have left ZERO stars, I would have!!!! This is THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD for customer service if you already have an account/loan with them!!! I have been trying for MONTHS to get an issue straightened out, even FINALLY getting a call back from a manager IN THE U.S. who walked me through the solution...and today I tried to do just what this manager told me to do, and now my situation is even WORSE, because their systems are so screwed up. Take my advise - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR HELOC NEEDS - these people want to rake in your business, but they offer you ZERO help once they've roped you in!
