Both my wife and I had trouble connecting with the notary. It took 10 attempts using multiple devices and computer for my wife to connect. Likewise it took 8 attempts for myself. This part of the process was extremely frustrating and while I would recommend Figure for its ease of use and helpful loan officers the notary experience was awful.

Faulty Ai slop. They don’t have actual people to help. If their computer doesn’t understand there’s no way to fix it. They did a soft credit pull and then immediately rejected my application given a bizarre reason that did not reflect the reality of my property or situation.
