Awful service at Filler Lux.
Awful service at Filler Lux. I placed my first order for a cream, but the package never arrived. Instead of offering help, they told me it wasn’t their problem because I didn’t pay for insurance. Completely unprofessional attitude — why should the customer be left worrying about shipping coverage? This kind of attitude might fly somewhere else, but we’re in the USA where customer service matters. After waiting weeks, I ended up losing $60. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

I was very disappointed when I finally received
Update: they DO NOT do reruns. Honestly there are much better Bb creams out there to risk not being happy. I was very disappointed when I finally received his product and put it on. It is way too white and I look ghostly. It also cakes in my dimple lines and ages me 15 years. I am planning on returning it. I also bought the hylarounic acid and it's great.
