I ordered 3 T-shirts (a bundle of 3) and only received one of the three t-shirts ordered. The tracking/shipping state they sent all three but I only received the black t-shirt. I have sent an email with no response. I have now sent another e-mail. I think I just got scammed. Buyer beware!
Update: Eventually customer support sent the other 2 T-shirts after I emailed, wrote this review and took a picture of the packaging and emailing that. So I received all 3 T-shirts but had a run around to get what I paid for. Did not enjoy this experience.

I did order a pair of sweatpants. I was worried about the size M though maybe too small instead it turned out to be just perfect.

The t-shirts I ordered are good quality. No issue there. However, the website boasts in a highlighted promotional banner “FREE RETURNS”. It is very clear and wholly unambiguous; no conditions attached. Big capital letters in a bright orange banner. Despite this, the company insisted that I pay for return postage? (And nowhere when you order do they tell you that they ship from Hong Kong.)
Believing there to be no risk, I ordered more than one size to try based on their size guide - for a snug fit and a looser fit - only to find that both sizes were way too big and no good to me. When I contacted them to start my return, their first suggestion was that I keep the items and give them as gifts to friends! When I said this wasn’t an option and I wanted to return the items under their own FREE RETURNS promotion, they refused to acknowledge this statement. After several emails, they never accepted that FREE RETURNS means what it says and kept quoting their 30-day returns at the customer’s expense. They get a star for the t-shirts being good quality and a second star because they do respond to emails quickly and courteously. But they refused to stand by their highlighted, bright orange promotional banner.
