Great Customer Service Matters Most
My AC was not functioning and I did not feel good. I was appreciative to have a representative that showed concern, who was friendly, courteous and professional. I want to thank Ms. Ivy for reassuring me that the necessary help was arranged and would surely resolve my issue.
