AKRITI was a blessing
We've been dealing with FirstKey Homes for awhile now trying to find a fit, the back end experience has been rough but the leasing agents have been great. So far i've been dreading any calls I have to make to support but today I got AKRITI on the phone and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The dialog and level of communication was amazing, she answered all my questions and was even able to help me get in contact with a Lead Leasing Agent. The experience has been difficult so far but AKRITI defintley made a different today and I'm very grateful for her help!

I had a good experience with this service. The team was friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. The customer service was one of the highlights, as they answered my questions patiently and made an effort to resolve any situation efficiently. I also appreciate the quality of the service and the dedication of the staff to providing a positive experience. As a suggestion for improvement, there are always opportunities to make processes faster and maintain even clearer communication with customers.
