I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the complete lack of communication and access to the home at [redacted]. Despite calling, emailing, and requesting access multiple times, I have still never seen the inside of the property. I have already signed the lease, paid over $5,000 including August rent, and signed up for orientation. My movers are arriving tomorrow, and I currently do not even know how to direct them. This situation has caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult move, and I feel this is a major failure in service. I need immediate assistance and access to the home today.

It doesn't matter how many times I call first key homes the representative is nice and states they will take care of the emergency request but they never do. I called at 3pm yesterday because AC is not working and I have not heard from anyone. I had to call AC repair and pay for myself. This is the 3rd time the AC has gone out since I moved in 6 weeks ago.
