Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently find that the online store offers a fantastic selection of quality fishing gear paired with extremely competitive prices and great value. Many buyers happily highlight that their purchases usually arrive quickly, are securely packaged, and precisely match the descriptions provided on the site. Some reviewers were not happy with extended shipping times, explaining that parcels occasionally took much longer to arrive than initially promised. Furthermore, a few people experienced frustrating communication barriers and considerable difficulties when attempting to resolve complex problems regarding damaged items or missing deliveries.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.It took a little longer than other deliveries but more importantly one of the eyes on the rod was severely bended in .. the package was also damaged and probably mishandled by couriers. Still packaging could be better.. use a sturdy tube or much more bubble wrap.
