We had the greatest experience dealing with Five Star Airways. On two occasions, Sergio Martinez helped us find terrific deals for first-class travel on major US Airlines. Sergio was diligent, reliable, helpful, respectful, incredibly fast, and attentive to detail.....What can we say? We are delighted with the trip to Europe in May and look forward to another trip we booked yesterday to go to Argentina. It took just a few minutes to get everything done, thanks to Sergio Martinez's creativity and professionalism. We are so grateful to you, Sergio!
This was my first experience with this travel company and they exceeded my expectations. Alex was exceptional. He was able to find deals I couldn't find.... and I'm a good shopper. I have been working with this company for months and we just booked our 20th anniversary trip with Anthony. James Isaac could not have been more helpful booking flights for my husband and I from Phoenix to Portugal. His persistence found the most efficient executive class tickets and way to get there and back at unbeatable prices. He was patient and kind and even helped me through some computer issues I was experiencing on my end. As a former hospitality professional, I typically do all of my travel planning myself. When we started booking the trip we just returned from, I was desperately searching for a great rate for premium seats. I looked high and low and was not able to find anything on my own that was not outrageously priced. Initially I was concerned with the lack of information on the Five Star homepage but after engaging in a conversation with Sergio Martinez our agent, we liked what we heard. I was still a bit skeptical and did a bit of digging online to see if the company was legitimate and everything seemed to be on board. I can now say after completing our trip that Sergio's service, the rate, our seats and everything was top notch. Each time I reached out to Sergio, he was attentive and the added security of somebody to help you out with your travels, while you are overseas is really an advantage. We will definitely use Five Star again, and highly recommend. Recommend Sergio who couldn't have done a better job.

Sheldon, was prompt in his replies, when I needed to change an arrival time it was done at once. I always request Sheldon as he is reliable, helpful and polite. He gives excellent customer service. I have great confidence in him, he leaves me with the feeling that he cares whether or not I go through the process of booking an air ticket as little fuss as possible. At 82 that is important for me.
Unfortunately, our experience with Antony Davis was disappointing. He seemed uninterested in finding the best deal for our flight to Italy. We were frustrated with the lack of effort and felt that his approach to our correspondence was unprofessional. We won’t be considering Five Star Airways or Anthony Davis for our future travels.
